This is a very good place to get your laptop fixed. They are very professional and complete the job very well. They stick to the timelines they promise and also confirm with us whether to proceed with the repair before actually doing it. I went there for a battery issue around 6 months back and they fixed a new one which is working very well. Last week I went there again touch screen sensor issues. I would strongly recommend this place for all types of your laptop repairs.

Totally fraud, not Authosied for any brand. My lenovo tab was having charging issues, so i went there and asked if they can fix it. He said it will take time as he has to inspect and find the reason for not charging. I agreed. Next day he called and said it can be fixed but the charging icon will not appear while charging. I agreed. The day when they returned my tablet, it was having no software of Android. It was just a toy, not even browser was working. On enquiring he said he was unaware of the problem, so he will have to work on it again. But finally he called and informed, nothing can be fixed now, and I will return your money.My tablet is of no use now, no app of Android.One star is for returning the money.

Horrible..gave my Lenovo tab for charging defect and they spoilt the whole tab by taking 2000/-. The operating system of android itself is changed and some Korean/Chinese language icons started showing up. Once questioned about the problem they simply disowned any responsibility and just returned the charges. Moreover started to misbehave by saying it was the same once we gave the product for repair..but in fact they spoilt the whole chipset inside..overall just a simple charging problem turned into a completely useless tab....So..folks I learnt my lesson the hard way..be wise and avoid this nuisance service centre

I went there in 2013 with an overheating laptop. They thoroughly cleaned it after full disassembly and applied gel in front of meThis what most of the other centers dont offer, which is a highly suspicious behavior. They say that they dont have the time for your laptop, yet you can see them sitting and relaxing with sleepy eyes, manners-less uncultured people.Im satisfied this center on this aspect.Its Aug-2016 and Im planning to visit them again, hopefully their quality hasnt decreased.ThanksEditThey outdid themselves this time by offering to come home and do the job and saving us the time and money in a rainy humid day for an extra 100 cash

Fully fake. They destroyed my laptop 2 years back. They will keep your laptop at first and will say after detecting the issue, well give you call to let you how much will it cost to repair. Then they will call you and if you dont go for their service, they will return your computer in such a condition that it wont be repaired anymore.They returned my laptop after burning off the motherboard severely by heating to an extreme temperature when i didnt agreed for the price they asked.

These people are big fraudsters and cheaters. They massively overcharge customers without adding any value to the service they claim to provide.Two years or so back I had visited this computer repair center for getting my daughters Dell Laptop repaired which was refusing to boot. I was very worried and thought that for some reason or the other, the laptop had been horribly damaged because it was not starting at all. Only a month or so later I discovered that this is a very common problem with most laptops and the solution, though not permanent, is also very simple. The solution of the problem is widely available on many Youtube videos and websites.Whatever, since I was then ignorant about the solutions to the problem and was also very worried, this repair center sweetly took undue advantage of my ignorance and tension.They were very well behaved, sweet and they very politely and convincingly first told me that some parts needed to be replaced which along with a Rs 500 service charge would cost me a total of 3700 rupees. Since I had already invested 42000 rupees for the new laptop, I tried to negotiate and bargain. They asked me to leave the laptop with them and told me that since they were just simple employees of the service center, and cannot finalise on any negotiable charges or any bargain for less, they would consult with their owner and later call me to inform. I received a call from them in the evening telling me that they will do it for 2500 rupees. I agreed because of my ignorance and fear and got fooled. They simply did not do anything! The problem kept recurring at home after their repair... whereas, whenever I took it back to them, some 3-4 times, they after some tinkering with the battery pins in the battery case of the laptop, demonstrated to me that the laptop worked!Working from another computer I searched the internet about the problem and possible solutions. It was a great WOW moment for me after I found the solution. And only then I realized that I had been cheated and fooled!So my suggestion would be to never go to this computer repair center for any problem either with your computer or mobile.
