Review after resignation :As I have mentioned earlier in during 3 years and 7 months of working period in vap the entire management was so supportive & friendly.Got all the paperworks and documents on time and I really appreciate the HR department for this.P.S. Have noticed some negative comments about management & HR, I have never noticed any such incidents throughout my working period In the company.

Its a scam company dealing with Microsoft and Apple support , but they are not authorized one , they scam people by calling that the users PC is infected with Viruses and sell them free opensource software for more than hundreds of dollar. And they go to colleges to offer jobs for IT and instead makes them to work for scam profile. And they will call you by Greeting that they are calling of VT support

They comment on girls and make them feel so uncomfortable. They have a common washroom which male and females both use and Girls are not safe there for sure. They are very negative people.

Giving 1 star is also a worthless thing it will be for this company. Salary is low and they use to deduct a portion of money in the name of PF and ESI but actually they dont create like such things. HR department is the most horrible ones. They use to treat the employees very badly. Most of their works are illegal. They are making money by frauding US customers by means of the agents who even dont know about it. The canteen, washroom and the floor is so dirty and it stinks horrible. And so unprofessional they are. Most of the agents are just matriculated or may be not. Bunch of frauds.
