They also offer best price , the shop is 2 storied so you might need to climb a few stares for few things. Parking on road is bit tricky for entire Chandni area only. EMall is better than Lalani due to competition. I have purchased a Lenovo laptop in 67,500 in durga puja sale on 24 Oct 20 but after 1 hour i go eMall and got price of 64,000 of same laptop simply without asking for any discount.

Had a worst experience in my whole life with #Lalani E-Tech City. The sales men who are in #Lalani they all are unprofessional (worst behavior) and they dont have any idea about any electronic device. According to the requirement of any customer for any product the sales men approaching the wrong products to that customer. They dont give any demo for any products to the customer. At first they take full payment from the customers for that unsatisfied product than they give demo for that device. They given the bill by their own but the payment which was done in the cash counter, they dont give the cash memo, for the cash memo the customers have to expose them to receive the cash memo of the Product related. As soon as the customers realise that the product or the device which was forcefully given by the sales men of #Lalani is not satisfying the buyers wants. They refused to replace that device and they also intentionally create harassment for those customers. And also they have a non- cooperative attitude specially by #Partha sir.

The best thing about E-tech city is their service warranty on laptops. Many claim but actually don’t provide good service. E-tech city keeps its word.

We have been dealing with them since their owner was selling ink cartridges in a table on streets. I am second generation buyer. I went there to buy ups and keyboard. I had my shop opening few days back. They forced me to buy specific brands. The keyboard was damaged from day 1, since I was from outside of kolkata it was not replaced and ups after a month of use battery showing trouble. Warranty toll free number not working. They say since 1 month passed it cannot be replaced. Lalani your sales guys are killing you. You are touring around the world but your staffs killing your business. Not going to come in this life time.

Horrible experience. I went to exchange my laptop for a new one. On the first day they checked my laptop and offered a certain price after heavy negotiation. Then the next day I went with my formatted laptop, another guy, Niranjan, tried to do impossible stuff, like running a 4k video on a 7 year old graphic card and a core2 duo, which is my laptop. And ofcourse when the video lagged, he said now he cant offer the same price. It felt rude and insulting when he said that I had to check the laptop again since you kept the laptop with you all night. I had to cancel the deal with them after feeling Dishonored and now unfortunately I was also left with a formatted laptop for me to use again.This kind of service is not expected and I think if it continues the store sales will deteriorate further.
