Does not take initiative of calling customer and updating about the on going job3.very far from city , good for residents in airport area4.cannot complete complicated tasks good for small repairs5. Home delivery not available in pandemic I am sure on normal days they can do home delivery when lockdown is not there, but of course home delivery is not that important once lock down is over6. Speaking and quality of attending the call is so nice and professional that people get mistaken for a very big setup and repair infrastructureOverall good only fir small repair work

My issue was related to laptop not getting switched on. They checked it and found the issue. They repaired it and returned within adequate time. Moreover there was a sound error. Absolutely worthless and pure frauf people.I called in for the desktop was running slow and i wanted to upgrade my specifications.Engineer who came in had 0 knowledge on computers and was more inclined on consukting his senior and selling products.I do not know while checking he messed my the internal hardware and computer was not switching on.He immediately said there is a problem with motherboard and i jave to pay 1000 rupees for fixing the motherboard.Absolute scam running on.

Expensive Sevice. Not at all professional. I buyed a dektop from them, Core 2 Duo with 2 Gb Ram, 125GB SSD, no CD drive no Hard disk, wifi adopter with OS Windows 7 Office 2007 and charged me 9300. When i asked to change the OS to 2010 they told me need to upgrade the ram to 4 gb but till date they have not provided me till date when asked gave me reason for lock down, but they gave me the desktop 1 week before the lockdown. I just buyed because of Emergency requirement. Otherwise i could have got it at 8500 with Ssd along with harddisk and Dvd drive.Second they repaired my laptop charging socket was broken and they charged me 900 when asked told me they repaired my hinge, but i have not asked to repair it, they should have asked me before doing extra job. And never gave on time same with desktop and laptop. Had very bad experience with this company and will never visit the repair center again.

Very gentle behaviour, detected my laptps problem within 10-15 mins and provided services in 2-3 hours and service charge ard price is also reasonable and affordable..

First they took my laptop from my home and check everything was okay. Only hinge issue was there so they asked me to change the hinge and the bottom part (D part). Later they called me and said my ram is not working. Now my question is when you guys took my laptop and checked everything then why and how my ram get damaged?They are too unprofessional , irresponsible and have no time commitment.Rude person name is : Tanmoy Halder.I dont recommend at all there services. They are thugs. Check somewhere else other wise you will regret it.

Due to over-heating problem, i went here with my quite old laptop, which has already seen a few servicings before (elsewhere). The people at LapNest were friendly, and i got my repaired laptop back the same day.Upon returning home however, i faced a new issue, with adapter not charging. Needless to say, with old lappies, this kind of multiple cluster of problems might happen. But problem was, after i contacted them the following day, they were scheduled to call me back with a technicians video conferencing attempt. They never did so. It did show an unfortunate lack of responsibility and professionalism.I finally got my laptop serviced elsewhere nearby as i didnt want to waste time.

Absolutely unprofessional attitude, unskilled work and lack of commitment shown by these people.They know nothing about Laptop Repair. I gave my Sony Vaio Laptop for repair of Detached Back Panel of LCD Screen on 24/12/2020.But now my Laptop has become an absolute trash. It is giving some strange sounds from inside. The LCD screen hinge has become loose and becomes 180 degree flat if using without a back support. They have completely destroyed a fully working Laptop. I think these frauds do not even know ABCD of Laptop Repair. Never ever give your precious and valuable Laptop to these people for repair. They will destroy the entire laptop even for doing minor repairs. Dont go by Google Reviews. Most of them are fake.

At first I was hesitant to contact them... But honestly this is my second time I used their services. Very quick response. In this pandemic I didnt have to go to their centre. They recieved my laptop from my place. Good going.. Keep up the work.

First they quote you a amount for the work and when after the work is done they will overcharge 400-500 rs and lie that the overcharged amount was the amount which they quoted before work.. Happend to me twice

I gave my laptop for taking backup of hard disk files and uploading window 10, however, they did not bother to take back up and deleted all my important documents by formatting the disk. When confronted, they started giving evasive answer. I find their services are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Not recommended at all by any means.

Diagnosis was good but the quality of the repair was not upto the mark in my case. There was delay in fixing, but most importantly Laptop started giving other problems after the servicing - like huge noise from the hard disk, a few keys on the keyboard became defunct etc.My advice: Do check your laptop very thoroughly at the time of delivery. I trusted that all would be fine but found out those additional problems once I brought my laptop home.
