Excellent service and nice behavior of owner. Charges are low and they repair in front of the customer. My dell laptop is working perfectly now which I got repaired from them 7 days before. I was asked to change motherboard for around 14500/- and they repair it at only 1800/- and also provided me 90 days warranty. Will recommend everyone .... small but genuine service centre.

Khima Sharma the owner is a dishonest person in camouflage. Hes the one to steal SSD from my MacBook Pro Retina and some of the chips, not only that he has damaged the screen panel cable inside so that I cant be sold to anybody. Will never recommend anyone to take his service for branded laptop. I have all the evidence against him. Considering to sue him.

Really a nice service center. I have one hp-15 ac laptop, purchased some 2 years back. Suddenly touchpad was freezing. Went to three service centres and they advised me to replace touchpad. Did so, but result same. Ultimately, one of my friend suggested DK Technologies and I visited there and Mr. Khima. Really a techie guy and expert who just looking at the issue said that it’s keyboard problem. He just disconnected the keyboard and really the touchpad started working fine. He replaced me the keyboard with the new one and charged me 1200/- + GST with one year warranty on keyboard. Now my laptop is working perfectly. Thanks to this organization. Small but everything in front of your eyes. Will recommend this service centre to all.

DK Technologies is the best service centre in kolkata. They give me free pick up and drop service. Also the repairing price are so reasonable with fast service. There trained technicians are so expert, they just take 2 minutes to find out the problem in my laptops logic board. I strongly recommend DK Technologies because they are like miracles in laptop repairing industries.I have gone to many service centres in kolkata for my mackbook and iPhone but most of them does not care about your product and the issue, they only care about the money . Fantastic service …. My macbook air 2015 just got life due to them. Suddenly it became dead and I visited chandni chowk here at Kolkata and visited one shop …. After checking they said 7500/- will be the charges. It was out of my budget. After a lot of search I thought to try DK Technologies. They took almosy 2 hours and repaired my laptop in front of me and charges only 3600/- . I am really impressed with the guy named Mr. Khima there who worked in my laptop. I am here to share my extreme satisfaction and thankfulness to DK Technologies and especially to Mr. Khima with the way he handled my HP laptop issue. My laptop was just a few months old and was functioning properly - but after some months C drive began to automatically fix itself after every boot. This was becoming a time consuming and irritable affair...and I was becoming impatient with each passing day. I even contacted HP support but their online support was superficial and irrelevant. I contacted Dk Technologies and they took the matter on an immediate and urgent basis. Taking into consideration my dependency on laptop and travel considerations- DK resolved the issue which no other Engineer could resolve. They also charged me giving into account what was the issue and what was replaced.
