Sales person Mr Arghya ghosh hazra is very good and experienced person. I have visited dozen of shops as i wanted to buy a gaming laptop. He is one of the most courteous, polite and helpful. Really bought my product only bcoz of his behavior.

I have purchased an HP laptop from here recently.They gave a hefty discount on the price.The behaviour of the staffs are very polite. It is a HP authorised store(HP World). All types of HP laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories are available here at the best price.

They do have desktop parts and the prices are competitive. If one is having the knowledge of what exactly one is looking for, they usually have it. There are no laptop parts though, not even a ram or anything. The outlet should once again be redone. As a simple desktop store it is decent.

Purchased assembled computer from this shop in 2008. From then whatever I purchased, I purchased from this shop. Any computer hardware related be it RAM, Hard-disc or anything, the price are affordable and the products are very good. Anyone who is looking for assembled computer and want to buy the different hardware parts, then this shop is the standard one.

While payment ,i have faced very bad experience. Their credit card machine was not working properly for about 2/3 days yet they did not looked after the matter before. I had wait there for about 3 hours for this whole process .
