Unethical professionalism is the term to describe the companys overall outlook. Both the owner and manager plans to keep you for a time of six to eight months while pressurizing you to leave work by giving you enough immense workload. They even plan to let you turn against your coworkers and hand you immense pressure with a minimal level of Salary. Beware of the manager and the owner as they are surely meant to influence you with their cheap unqualified mentality. It surely isnt a place for one to develop professional skills.

Good working atmosphere

Unprofessional work culture. The management of the company is worst (except TL and few employees). Word allocation is not proper. Favoritism is the main motive of the company. Efficient people are never appreciated. However, I would say that if in this the management works, the company will not be able to grow. Also, it is recommended not to use useless and baseless strategies just to retain employees ( by hiking salary of just rs.2000).

Hello, I am not working in his company, but I have been working with ASO for last 2 years as a freelancer with the person, Deepak sir. I did not face any issue. One thing I am sure about…this person will never eat up even one paisa to anyone. He is good at work and maintaining professional field. I dont know why people are saying all these thing against him. overall, I have good experience till now.

Its like Roadies. Actually Roadies is better if I say about professionalism. Employees are expected to deliver 3500 words per day with a minimal pay package. Floor Manager Debesh Paiks main responsibility is to turn employees against TLs. Well, some reviewers said that TLs are innocent. Please, they are not prep school goers. So innocence cannot be expected from them. TLs promote favouritism. Worst of all is HR manager Swagata Choudhury. Work from home only depends on your personal equation with her. Once an interviewee is gone, she brings his assessment paper to her cousin and fellow colleague Soumee Das. Now they start making fun of such interviewees. Soumee or Ananya Pandey of the company receives increment while almost every day some parts of her assignment is done by others. But, hard work of some employees is not properly appreciated. Just because she is HRMs cousin, right? These two are bossy and dont know how to behave with colleagues. They are too arrogant and least empathetic. Be ready for their rude comments, show offs and nepotism of management.

Very very bad. Team leaders are worst. Floor manager is awful. HR Manager is rude and shows negative attitude. No work culture. Too much nepotism.
