Very good,specious and well maintained.

Had a worst experience here during my brothers wedding reception.... The honour of this hall is very unprofessional as well as abusive.. we finalized a standard decoration for that day and he gave us charges of all kind of things for the same but day by day his position of mind became change and denied everything which he promised to do.... His greedy attitudes tend to come to the fore.. and he keep asking for more money for each and every little thing.. we are basically robbed by him.. very poor quality of decoration we have noticed there.. cats and dogs out there in the ground floor... And there has not a single AC in the ground floor/dinning area.. Putting only one fan in place of two fans, its also very disappointing... Very poor quality CCTV cameras, rather yearssssss old.... somehow working though..I must say one thing, the main honour of this property named, Mr. Nimai who is very gentle and nice person..but on behalf of him, his son is now takeover this business to carry on.. and he is simply ruin his dads respect.. overall very bad experience.. waste of money.. someone has to be very careful before go for this property, it can spoil your whole excitement and the function.

Nilkantha is completely AC banquet hall for any kind of occasions. Its also having small open lawn. As it is on the main road,so easily accessible.Two events can take place at same time,means two different organisers can organise two different events at same.Nilkantha is also having another banquet hall Parban on Biren Roy Road(E).

Fantastic place. Lawn is great. But location could have been greater. Public vehicle inconvenience.

Hall is good but they have given rent to one of the saree sellers for the time being and those sellers are telling that they are selling sarees worth rs 2000 at rs 200-300. Those sarees are not at all good and seems to be old ones.

I had booked this hall for my sisters marriage. They have two marriages in the building with common staircase.It is very confusing and irritation on the marriage day. Again they start charging you for small things like chair cover, power for photography, electric for mixy..etc. Better to avoid if you have options.

I had visited this place to attend a wedding ceremony of a colleague. The hall itself is big having multi storeys. It has a open ground in the front planted with tress that gives it the required ambience. It is an air condition hall.

Good but very costly to book any occasion purpose...

I love the place because the area is within my local territory.This community hall is of superb standard having two ac hall along with well decorated open space and can accomodate 1000 people for any type of family function.

Centrally air conditioned, 4 floors are available for verious events. One can take single or 2 floors as per his requirement depends on the number of invitee. Price veries between 16 thousand to 25 thousand per floor depending on the service you require. There is an adjoint lawn can be used in any occasion which is an added advantage here. Toilets are well maintained.
