United Bank now change to Punjab National Bank after the merger of Oriental Bank and United Bank of India with Punjab National Bank. this branch is located in amrabati area of Sodepur easily accessible from Sodepur more with auto services from Sodepur more to Amrabati and also railway station of Sodepur is near to this branch which is easily accessible from dumdum sealdah to Naihati halisar. it is also well connected to madhyamgram from madhyamgram chowmata auto services Available from chowmata to Sodepur station which coat you Rs.20 .Staff of this branch are really good and helpful Towards their customersBut this branch is as always crowded.

I went to UBI Bank few days ago.There are having a lots of problem at the branch of UBI,H.B.Town,Sodepur.Due to insufficient staffs are the main problem in that particular branch.Passbook upto date machine,ATM machine not working properly.Most of Customers are harassed by staffs due to given not proper valid reason.Still not upgrade overall system. Kindly looking forward this matter to your higher authority either the problems will have to increase day by day.

Worst and worthless Branch Manager . Worst service. For Aadhar card enrollment of my child we went to the bank on 17/05 after 1+2 =3 hour spent at this branch got the enrollment number as 9 th number ticket holder. After one month I came to know from portal that enrollment no rejected and advice to go at this branch, immediately i went to this branch ,the person responsible for this job refused me and told me to come early in the morning 10.00 to 10.30. Today again I went to the branch at 10.20 am and again that person told me that token name taking is over as 8 th persons noted their name, i requested the person to take my name as 9 th, but he refused. Then I went to the Branch Manager and explain my problem that I have taken leave from my company also my daughter did not go to school for her aadhar card, but the Manager told me that he was not in position to advice him to take my name as 9th, because he is a central govt. employee so he never advice him to do further work. I told manager that I came to this branch three times. But refused my request and told me to come another times as he also got his aadhar card after repeated visit . Now this is most embarrassing for me. As a indian citizenship govt said aadhar card must. And the service of enrollment centre is like the above. The matter also sent to PMO. If this type of service provided by central govt for any essential identity, then who will responsible for pending of my daughters aadhar card.? And again noted my review that this UBI branch is the worst branch as the Branch Manager.

Due to only 4-5 manpower, service is very slow.
