The store handler/ sell guy is good in behave. Very friendly. He suggested to exchange any brands touch mobile set to get new one. We exchange one of Redmi set and get A51 in 22000/- . The guy is helpful, but 1st we bought A50s, that was detected, I dont understand that why the keep defected item! So, we change it and bought A51. Their Internet connection is so poor that they took to much time to do a bill.

Purchased C7 PRO on March 7, 2018 , my phones multitasking and back button backlight has recently started blinking. Yesterday I contacted this Samsung Smart Cafe and their employee advised me to visit Barrackpore Samsung service center. I visited that BKP service center few hours earlier and they asked me to leave the phone for 2 to 3 days for servicing. I had left behind my seat and came out from that service center. In the below reviews section you can easily find out that Samsung Smart Cafe employee Miss Sayantani has given her review (5 out of 5 stars) for her own cafe. How funny is this... isnt it ?
