Terrible experience. Booked for the mirror hanging and the price shown @ 139 and 100 rs something extra covid charges. The people turn up and start out by listing things they will not do ! They ask double charges bcse both drill distance between 4 fit. But there is no option to book as per size. He says i will not do any work! What kind of stupid and unprofessional people work at this place ? Happen at early morning at 9 am. I live in society after refused i said please go i also dont want to pay extra . He goes my neighbour gate and said you dont have money to pay than why you bookedExtremely disappointed.what types of professional they have. They haired road chhap mawali. A plumber named Jayanti Sagar Sharma was assigned to us for repairing a broken glass in one of d window panes. He took an advance nd promised to cum today to do d work but he did not cum neither did he inform. I tried calling him many times but he didnt pick up d phone. A UC professional - Sambhu Rajbhansi has run away after collecting 4.5k for bringing a water tank. He brought in a old product kept it outside our house and ran away. He had promised a international brand product and got a local branded product which is of very low quality and old.We have tried reaching to CC but we have no help since last 7 days. I gave this 3 star not because of salon service. I gave it because they dont have any live chat or customer support. There are only FAQs which is not a help. People may have different problem apart from that questions. This simple thing they dont understand. Another is that Rs. 49 which is taken by them in the name of PPE kits and sanitization etc. But right now no one using it. Only they spray the surface and their hands. For that you need Rs. 49 extra from each customer!!? Another thing is, it shows cashback option with different payment gateway but till date I never get any cashback. Their customer service is very poor.

I booked for 2bhk full home deep cleaning premium package. Extremely disappointed with their service. At least our household help does better cleaning than them. Not a stain of sofa and chairs are removed. Very casual cleaning service it is, they are plainly looting customers in the name of deep cleaning. The whole service is not even worth half of the money. I would rather suggest everyone to go for local cleaning services, verified from known sources.

I booked UC for a range of services. My location is within 5 minutes of their Kolkata EKT branch office. 2 days they kept me waiting but no one turned up. Hi i have panasonic Water purifier..I booked it through Urbanclao for filter servicing as it had been long.. The person named Balram visited.. Did the servicing and also sold one more extra additional filter.. I paid him Rs 2000 .Since than the machine stopped working at all. Earlier water output was ok but now the machine is totally spoiled.. Urbanclap is not taking any response to it. The person assigned told me he never did the Water purifier service for Panasonic.. If he know why did he knowgling spoil the machine.Its sad..and I will take action with course of time....

Useless service, my split AC was giving trouble as cooling was not taking place properly. The technician came and without any inspection said that Gas has been leaked out. Then loosened up the valve and screws, in the process the entire gas was emptied in front of me and there was a whole lot of gas. I completely understood that the entire service is fraudulent and they do this on purpose, to extract more money out of the Customer. Then he recommended me for a gas recharge. Told ne that the entire process will charge me around Rs 4K. I told him to leave it as it is and get lost. This is how this Company is xheating on people like us. Disgusted.

We called urban company for cleaning services which they did so so.but the workers are potential burglars. In my absence one of them opened my bag and taken out things from inside and put them at another place where those dont belong actually. Today, two mechanics for washing machine repair came and ruined the machine and left my house without power. Further, instead of repairing it , they told me to get hold of an electrician to fix it. Actually, they do not even have the expertise to repair , but have enrolled themselves with URBAN CO. I fail to understand how URBAN CO can send such people without checking their credentials.

Payment was made online. You get to choose what you require to get done. Once selected and paid you get a confirmation on the phone with the Service persons name and mobile number. You get to select the date and time for the job. A gentle reminder is even sent prior to the visit.My fan is fixed and am thankful to UC.And you thought it would be complicated?And the best part? I have a very bad experience with this UrbanClap. They cheated me. Taking Rs. 450 as advance the technician denied to come as my TV set is of old model. He assured me that within a week I will get back my money. But till date I havent got my money back. So, be careful about this URBANCLAP. They are cheater.

On 9 th June 2020 as per my ac service booking technician Md.Akhtar came but he never had Jet Pump which is must to clear drainage pipe to stop water leaking. He simply cleaned my ac outer body & filter & taken the charges. When I asked him he assured that for any further problem he will come & short it. The employees will say Im sick Im busy Ill be late and all and for them, you have to wait the entire day and you have to re-plan everything and after doing all this when you expect that this time it will be on time again you will face the same thing. After all this, they will not say sorry to you (dont expect) they will ORDER you to cancel it from your end by saying Im not going to your place, find some local guy.

I have taken a couple of service from Urban Clap. As a company they try their level best to give the best quality service to its customers. Unlike some other companies they will not try to create problems for you. The Escalation Desk is superb and responds promptly to solve your grievances. But the mid level managers and the call center guys are not at all very updated about the company policies and will misguide you at times. Its a request to the Urban Clap authorities to take care of the technical competence of the engineers very strictly and set up a quality score before including any engineers in your team. I firmly believe your venture has and will ease up consumers life but for brand building and winning customers faith you need a good team of professionals.Best Part of Urban Clap is -1. So I was a big fan of urban clap when I used it for cleaning and small repairing services.untill I hasd a very bad experience recently when I got my water purifier fixed by their technician.long story short u wont get a revisit if the appliance stop working two days after the fix.u will get calls saying they will fix the problem but it wont be fixed.basically u will be duped.so dont trust their techs and their parts for expensive appliances go for company appointed techs.

Excellent service. My aquagurd water purifier stops working in the lock down period.Aqua guard service person refused to do service as he cannot commutate . I called UC & service man came within 2 hrs & fix it. Service qualiry very good. I thank UC for very prompt service. I recommend uc .

Booked a mens grooming session on a weekday morning 9.30am for Rs. 1469 which is a little pricey but considering the convenience. The (un)professional did not bother to call or turn up on time. I called to find out he was at least delayed by 30-45 minutes and not at all apologetic about it. So I cancelled and rescheduled to 11am. At 10am urbanclap calls to say another assigned (un)professional will not be able to make it so they will reschedule to 11.30. This is a joke. I immediately canceled and made my way to a nearby salon. I am sitting at my local salon and getting the same service done for Rs. 999 which also includes a smile and a cup of tea. Shame on UrbanClap for wasting my time.

I have done a few repairing of appliances through Urbanclap and though their technicians are mostly well mannered, they are not technically sound. Some of them have a tendency to replace parts of the appliances, unnecessarily, citing the Urbanclap Guarantee. This is their Modus Operandi to inflate your bill. Also in case of a spare is required, you wont get a bill for the specific spare used. You get a consolidated bill, which leaves room for cheating and fraud. Also the Urbanclap customer service is more on their technicians favour than the customer, so in case of a major issue, they would cut you loose. Based on my experiences with Urbanclap, I wont recommend them.1. Technicians with poor technical knowledge.2. Tendency to overcharge.3. Non transparent billing.4. Poor customer support.Id recommend sticking to the after sales support of respective brands, though they may be expensive than UC on certain issues. Still youll be having a peace of mind.I dont see myself using Urbanclap again and wont be recommending them to anyone for repair of expensive appliances.

They have done some damage with my skin and for the same initially they were very supportive and even provided medical expenses by reimbursing the same amount in UrbanClap wallet.But the moment i felt they are fooling me and just asking me to apply the ointment again and again because after 1 month of the service they are least concerned about the damange done by them THEY STOPPED REPLYING MY MAILs.Yesterday only the case manager informed me that they cannot bear any consultancy fee(doctor fee) if i go to visit any other dermatologist.Big Disappointment!Requesting all the UrbanClap users,kindly make sure if u get a bad experience then u must raise your voice.Whatever happened to me,might be repeated.

Some of the chor technicians and worst services. They will come and say Sir yei yei yei 123 items kharab hai Replace karna parega without the urgency to do so. After the work is done will insist on cash payment. They are sometimes adamant nehi cash hi chahiye.If you compare the overall cost in the end it wont be much different from the manufacturer. Also the quality of work is worse. An AC technician filled up refrigerating gas in my AC and took cash payment which I later found was outside the purview of Urban Clap. Also the guy is not qualified to do gas filling. This is their true picture. After 1 month they care a damn.DONT CALL ME.

I had booked Bathroom cleaning services one day in advance and made an advance payment online for the said services at 10:30 AM However, the professional assigned refused to come citing medical reasons and then when I reported the issue, the team assigned someone else but at another time slot 12PM This professional too called and said he lives very far and can arrive not before 3PM . I had again reported the issue with Urban Clap. However, they did not do anything on it. Since I was scheduled for a doctors appointment at 3PM I was forced to cancel this service eventually. Why have time slot options on the portal when all you do is send people according to your whims and fancies! I would seek refund of my money that I have already paid, My first experience with Urban Clap is an utter disappointment.

UC is a very unprofessional service app in Kolkata. First of all I want to say is that the members of UC office in Kolkata (224A, AJC Bose Road, Krishna Building) are very ill-behaved. They exactly dont know how to talk well to people, to respect others. They are very irresponsible and uncaring. May be they give handsome salaries to their employees but job satisfaction is nil. They dont look after the problems of their employees. Most of the office members of UC are non-bengalis or marwaris and they treat bengalis as dogs. Its better to call local malishwalas for home service than them.

How is the service i yet dont knw but i made my booking and did payment through paytm as there was a cashback offer is going on if i do a payment through paytm.....there was no option of giving any code ....when i messaged them they ask me to message paytm people ....n till nw i havent received any cashback.......dont ever pay urban clap through paytm
