The doctor was great, the lab tests were good and the premises were clean. However, employees routinely violated covid norms (I have photographs but am not posting here for the employee privacy issues). Many had no masks while most had the mask down the nose. Infact I found that it was the patients who wore masks rightly. There was no queue for billing and patients had to crowd infront of the billing desk and jostle for their turn.

In 14th September I got my 1st dose of covishield vaccine from this center. After that I didnt get any kind of message regarding my vaccination. But after some time in cowin portal I find my vaccination certificate.Now in the certificate the vaccinator name was different... and the name was Rita Naskar, a female... But I got my vaccine from a male person ( also I noticed the name of my vaccinator and it was not Rita Naskar).... Is it ok or something???..... Also till now I didnt get any message regarding my 1st dose of covid vaccination....

Today I got my second dose of the vaccine. The process was very quick, smooth, and organized. The employees knew what they were doing and were very helpful along the way. I had no issues understanding what I needed to do. Thank you so much for a great experience. I would highly recommend getting your vaccine done here if you can.

I am not questioning about the quality of report but the service. Their service is pathetic. They dont answer the phone call. Their website is useless when you want to download the report (but online booking works fine). Their whatsapp account does not reply no matter how much you request. If you want to get the report online or through whatsapp, you will be doomed.

I visited the Clinic in connection with the MRI of lumber spine of my wife. My wife was in extreme pain and hence it was impossible for her to wait. Hence, my physician Madam Dr.Debjani Banerjee adviced me to contact Mr.Rony Ghosh of Apollo Clinic, New Town. After I called him over phone, he promptly responded. Within a few minutes, someone named Madam Sandipta Dutta from the said Clinic called at my mobile number herself and given me prior appointment for the MRI immediately on the next day at 10 AM. She also ensured me that I will not have to wait with the patient. Next day, when I reached, I got excellent cooperation from all the staff members present and especially from a madam named Sandipta Dutta. She totally kept her words and arranged for everything including a wheelchair for the patient. She herself escorted me to the billing section and even before I could come back to the MRI room from the billing section (where it took even less than 5 minutes for me to pay the bill), my wife was already been prepared for the test after changing her clothes. Just within an hour, I could complete all the works and return home with my wife. It was really an excellent experience and I am thankful to all concerned at Apollo Clinic, New Town.

Kudos to Apollo Clinic Newtown for the smooth vaccination process. The management is really efficient and the staff are extremely cordial and helpful.I went there for vaccinating my aged mother, who happens to be an orthopaedic patient. She did not even have to get down from the car and the staff took the pains of getting her vaccinated in the car itself. Though there was quite a queue when we reached the clinic, the vaccination was over in about 15 minutes.My heartfelt gratitude to all the health workers of the clinic.

I find most of the reviews are not true. Please think twice before visiting the dental section. I went to apollo dental clinic New town with a severe pain in one of my molar tooth. The doctor was attending one patient when I reached. While attending that patient, the doctor took out time to attend me and instructed his assistant to do the needful. It appeared that the doctor was in a hurry to attend other patients. The doctor did NOTHING to reduce my pain. I was only briefed about the various procedures that needs to be done on my tooth, which was obviously quite costly. My toothache remained same. No care was given to it. Hence, I will never recommend for it. You can visit at your own risk, only to waste your money.

Apollo Newtown has been a life saver for my family and me in the recent past. From quick and hassle-free vaccination for my aged parents to providing a plethora of medical services, Apollo Newtown can do it all!Recently, I had booked an ECG(R) for myself. Since I was very anxious with the whole covid scenario of stepping out, etc. by Pulse Rate was very high due to anxiety and stress, which would lead to incorrect results. Instead of simply completing the task, the Cardiology expert, Mr. Buddha took all measures to calm me down. Provided guidance and assurance and finally helped me get correct test results.I would specially like to highlight Mr. Buddha here for his exceptional work ethos, beyond the call of duty.

Went for my 2nd dose vaccination today, the overall process from filling the form till completing the dose did not take more than 10 minutes and it was completely painless (speaking from the point of view of a person who has a phobia for injections 😁). The staff were also really courteous and helpful. Kudos to maintaining such professionalism during these times. Thank you.

So I went to this clinic for getting all the examinations done towards a class 1 pilot medical renewal … To be honest, the staff including an array of doctors, nurses, receptionists and other personnel, were the best that I have come across in comparison to any other clinic/hospital… They were very much polite - helpful and know their job inside and out..!! Especially one of their staff members by the name of Ms. Ishani Das was very helpful throughout the process and there was not a single rock in the way…!! I would definitely recommend every visitor over here to get your problems diagnosed and treated at this clinic ..!!Regards

Waiting time is too much, Even for simple viral fever, i have waited for 3 hours, and i was the last patient in the clinic.And for report review, i visited the clinic again as per availability of doctor mentioned in the prescription. But they told, doctor schedule has been changed, please visit a day after tomorrow. And if you want to consult another doctor, they will again charge 800Rs. For consultation.Worst service ever i have faced.I want to do zero rating, but unfortunately it is not there.

The area location is nice and peaceful.Bad service for wheelchair bound patient👎👎. The staff their took long time to get a wheel chair for my father.Its a request to get adequate wheelchairs so that patient doesnt wait for it.Overall everything was good👍

Little expensive comparison to other clinic near by. Almost all digonestic testing done here. But good Dr are available here. It is hurt of the new town opposite of Axis Mall. Continuously very bad experience with Apollo clinic. This time my concern is with wrong CE CT diagnosis done by Apollo Clinic New town campus. Based on the CE CT reports my wife went for cancerous tumour surgery and after biopsy found that is Endometriosis which was not at all require any kind of Surgery. I have no words to say here. If a reputed hospital chain is done such diagnosis and based on that patient went for surgery and suffered unnecessary then we should think twice before going to Apollo clinic. My request is don’t treat patient as a business object.

Appointment was done via Web but still the receptionist did not acknowledge my appointment. Even though its visible in website and I have received appointment confirmation SMS. I was made to wait the entire time. Only whatsapp appointment are being entertained. Appointment booking should be removed from website for appollo clinic New town if this clinic is not able to support it. Waste of time.

I took my mother here for her COVID-19 vaccination. It was remarkably smooth. Kudos to the authority for maintaining a decent arrangement adhereing to the norms to the extent possible.

The vaccination procedure was smooth and I had a great experience. Staff is friendly and explained the questions asked regarding vaccine and post vaccination care really well.

I booked my second vaccine here. I reached just before time and found that there were 200 people in queue who also booked from Cowin app. One of their official at the entry gate said though in the cowin app the scheduled time is from 3:30 to 4:30pm, their time to close is 3:00pm. She requested me to wait in the queue after 200 people and they would see how much they can do. People were in queue with barely one feet of distance between them. I also saw aged people even with wheelchair waiting in the same queue.

I went for my first dose of Covishield vaccination and it was an excellent experience. I didnt feel any pain while getting vaccination. Staffs at apollo are so professional and highly trained that Im impressed. Must visit.

Got my 2nd dose of Covishield Vaccine from here on 17th July 2021. I need the receipt of payment of INR 780 that I made for the vaccine for reimbursement from office. No one from the clinic picks up the phone neither do they call back. Please provide me a valid phone number or someone I can get in touch with regarding this matter.

Extremely unprofessional staff. They will book the appointment 1st without checking doctors availability and then send a message that later that appointment is cancelled since doctor is unavailable. Very casual attitude.Previously I was told to book one day in advance otherwise doctor will not be available, when I booked one day in advance they took the booking and then later sent cancellation msg.

Staffs are not friendly. Not helping the public went for vaccination. Extremely bad service. Everyone is helpful when its not required. But when you will need their support and help, they will show their back especially the vaccination staffs.

Went to see Dr Supratik Bhattacharya . The experience was superlative, consistent with expectations . Dr Bhattacharya was very caring , humble , well versed and well abreast with his field of expertise. Will highly recommend for anyone seeking diabetic care in the city . The clinic team ( Simran and Sritama) were cordial and attentive to the needs of patients and families accompanying them. Thanks to their efforts , the clinic stays clear of the usual stress and commotion associated with any medical office visit.

I had chest pain issue for which I had an appointment with Dr. Urmila Sen Choudhuri and honestly had the worst experience. First of all her behavior is such that I would never see her again and recommend others to not go to her as well. Unnecessary charges in every meet even within a week, unnecessary tests which are not related to the issue. I am from a middle class family and not that privileged that I can afford tests on every meet that has nothing to do with the main concern. And even if I pay and co-operate she has no manners of how to behave and talk to the patient, is even rude with the guardian as well. Does not lets the patient to talk, also insults and is in a hurry even if we pay for half an hour. Even Apollo clinic has charged unusually for tests. This is very upsetting. I have been visiting Apollo for my Friends and family but now wont recommend anyone after having a horrible experience myself.

Had a wonderful experience at Apollo clinic at Galleria newtown.- I had left my purse in jiffy in the washroom and left . It had all the govt docs , cards , and some money ... Halfway home I realised tiy horro I had left my purse .. as I turned back ...my heart was throbbing in fright . To my pleasant surprise I got a call on my mob from Rinki pandey ops head Apollo clinic tellinge that a housekeeper names Babu found it in the washroom and gv it to her . Salute the honesty of Babu .. brilliant culture imbibed by him . Also wd like to thank Ms Rinki for managing and coaching the staff so well .. I am a fan of you guys!!.hugely indebted to babu and you .Splendid job Apollo !!

Again very bad experience in Apollo clinic new town. I will say worst apollo clinic. I went for CT scan, the moment billing is done, it was my responsibility to complete my CT. 30 mints I have waited, no one came and ask that please come for CT scan. I personally went and ask when will you start my CT scan. Again same ans wait will call you, it is not like that there was patient queue. I was the only one who was waiting infront of Xray, USG and CT scan department. After waiting almost one hour they called me and ask to submit the prescription and other reports. Once the CT is done I asked them when shall I come to collect my reports! Again same response, wait here! After waiting long time, I asked them please tell me when shall I come to collect my report! I was getting too much of pain in my hand due to multiple inject they have pushed for CT scan. At the end they asked me come at evening. If they will provide reports at everything then why they have asked me to wait? So I asked can you please return my prescription and the other reports I have submitted, simple they asked me we don’t have any prescription and reports. I have shouted and asked please check properly. Now they came with my other reports that I have submitted and asked we don’t have prescription. Now again I have asked if you don’t have prescription then how did you do my CT. Then they call one lady attendance and ask to check the prescription. Won’t believe they kept my prescription in different room. This is overall scenario of Apollo clinic New town campus. Worst management and they treat patients very badly. Please tell me why I should choose Apollo in future and why to suggest my friend and colleagues to visit Apollo for medical purposes? After this incident at least I am not ready to go Apollo clinic until and unless management is taking some action against those who are not ready to work and treat patient as a source of income.

Went for vaccination of my mother (Age - 85yrs) and myself. Very swift service, the whole process just got completed within 35 - 40 mins. Im quite happy. The young girls are serving/helping the patients of different background with a smile on their face without any irritation.Ill surely suggest my friends and family to visit the clinic for vaccination or any other medical services. Good infra but poor staff attendance and behavior. Could it be because of COVID? I cant say because this is my first experience with them. Also the diagnostic test charges here are 15-20% more expensive than the other Apollo outlets.

If youre here to meet with the GYNOs then please be warned! They will book your appointment half hour to 45 mins prior to the doctors arrival! I was on time for my appointment but was told that the Doctor is always LATE! AND SO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 45 MINS! Make sure to ask them before they bill you!
