I went to Dr. Neogis clinic to deal with a sports related knee injury. I took treatment for about a month and it has been a great experience. Me and my family got the previlage to get the treatment and health advice from him plenty of time. Most importantly when i had knee injury with 80% ACL tear and torn meniscus. Had to get back home from Cape town leaving my job there. After two consecutive surgery and a mandatory (3+3 months) post operative rest, I was damn sure that it was the end of my all sports activity(martial arts). But my worries were gone within first month’s session with him. I was back to active sports(high intensity workout) within 3rd month and started practicing martial arts from 4th.
