I have done my cataract surgery here and by my experience asg provide the best team of doctors. I am really very satisfied with my surgery and Special thanks to my surgeon Dr. Koushik Tripathi . The behaviour of staffs are also very nice and overall the services are good.

Really slow and doesnt understand the value of time. Was denied service twice because of their laziness and also the delivery was late. The spectacle shop is really expensive and the staff is rude.

Excellent Eye Hospital and very friendly doctors.I went here for my Fathers Cataract Surgery last week and was very pleased with the services of the Hospital.I would recommend Dr.Manas Nath as he did an excellent job and my Father s Cataract Surgery was successful.The Hospital looks very neat and clean and all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Good facilities, The doctor was good. Staffs are poorly trained. They dont explain the procedure before to the patients to make them aware of what they are about to go through during eye tests.

Very professional. Consultation fee at 350/- may be a tad higher, but I would say the hospitality, behavior, cleanliness and professionalism is top notch.

Although i dont have pictures but i would recommend people to visit this hospital in case of eye diseases because since Vasan Eye Care has moved to somewhere else permanently, this hospital provides all eye services under one roof. Be it Cataract surgery, Glaucoma, Retinal Detachment , Phaco, and many more services under one roof. This is cost friendly to a middle class family and it provides world class infrastructure. I have never seen such friendly staffs, optometrist, guards and Doctors before. Doctor Arnab Pal , to whom I consulted my sister was so friendly and professional that we were amazed to see his services. Carry on the good work ASG HOSPITALS. ✅✅Just one recommendation: Provide a free consultation coupon to a patient itself who has done eye checkup at your hospital. And that coupon can be used by someone else. This will help you grow faster.

My father Nayan Kumar Ghosh (MRD - KKTBTR17201) had undergone a cataract surgery at B T Road Branch, Kolkata. The bill that I received, was showing the package amount of Rs 22900/- only which is not acceptable for reimbursement from my office. I want a bill that indicates room rent, ot charge, surgeons fee, cost of lense etc separately. The behaviour of all staffs was excellent and the full procedure was good except the billing system.

Very poor and worst management. Thay call people and make them wait and dnt even care to response..

It is a very nice Hospital. Specially Dr Koushik Tripathy is one of great doctors I have ever meet. He wins the heart of the patient by his very friendly and polite behavior with great expertise in medical science. Staffs are also very co-operative. Special thanks to Mr. Sourav is very nice fellow.

Outstanding facilities, doctors and ambience here I experienced. More specially the optical section here is under the good cares of staffs. I must mention one optical consultant Mr. Shuvendu Sarkar and his humble behaviour. Really great.

Very recently we have visited ASG BT Road for my mothers cataract operation. I must say the hospital is best in kolkata & Doctor Koushik Tripathi is one of the best eye surgeon. All the staffs (Front desk, OT attendants, TPA, Pharmacy, optical, floor staffs & others) are very helpful, well behaved. Most importantly counseling desk is unique and excellent & they describe all the things with utmost transparency & use to guide all the patients to take correct decision. Even doctor mentions all the things before operation with transparency. Nothing is hide. Better facilities, quick treatment.

Being in the emergency services where peoples vision are concerned, ASG, Agarpara is the most unprofessional instituition I had ever visited. The following flow of events shall substantiate the same:1. Bought new lenses on prescription by doctor.2. They broke the frame while fitting the lenses.3. Denied liability4. On continuous follow up, after much harrasement, they replaced the frame5. The replacement frame broke apart on its own within a week. Luckily the lenses were saved6. On examining the lenses from another reputed instituition, it was seen that the powers of the lenses (R&L) dont match as per ASGs prescription and lens fitted.The Doctors here are good and professional.But truly dissatisfied with the service of ASG.

There all members behavior is so bad specially vendor of glass section,low quality of glass,high rate,i suggested all the patients you are not going this eye hospital if you go so glass,power not bought their glass section.so bad quality....😠😠

Very bad management system. Im trying to contact ASG Kamarahati branch for an appointment but nothing is happening. I think incorrect phone number is registered at Google. Sometimes saying service is out of range, sometimes saying the number is busy. And there is no any authentic branch number in the official website to contact. There is only a customer care number & I just got a phone number by contacting them. Nothing more. & after calling that number, I was asked to call another number. Very pathetic experience. I filled up their online appointment form also but not received any confirmation or specific time for checkup. Ive heard this hospital is very famous but see how poor the management is. After these, on which faith I will go there for checkup my eyes!

Trained professional staffs and some of the best doctors what they are offering here. It took longer to see the doc though, it was worthy as i was checked up by Dr. Tripathy a very well recognised retinologist. He himself is a very good person also. (But they need to update their location :agerpara centre: on Google map as i went in wrong direction at first.)
