Yesterday I purchased Iphone 12 from cc2 imagine store. I used to buy iphone from imagine cc2 or cc1 (kolkata) store only. Old staffs are changed or replaced , what’s the exact condition I don’t know. But the new staff behaviour was pathetic. Either they don’t have knowledge or they don’t entertain you properly. Such an incompetent staffs are now handling imagine cc2 store. Not at all expected from imagine store.Another instance, Today I called them for one query.After picking up my call they start talking to another customer and i have to wait for more than 15 mins. Even though they are not able to answer my queries.

IMAGINE-CC2The woman who sits in the cash counter is very rude.Thinks herself is a manager..I dont know from where she gets so much audacity to behave like this with her customer..If photo sharing options is available I can share her photo.. Kicked her out from this store.First teach her how to behave with customers..Then allow her in the store.

Wrong information provided. Store closed by 9.pm. I came 5 min back and it was closed. Poor service dont expect it from apple store

Latest apple gadgets are available and better than apple reseller store of cc.They take care of their customer and cautious of their requirements and demands.

Insufferable customer treatment, and managerial malpractices. I had reserved my product with them, confirmed, they had called me to collect it, but failed to deliver as I went, and gave an excuse that their boss has bought all of the same products! They didnt even tell apology, on the contrary, pushed for other products that they couldnt sell otherwise.

Good store to get apple products. I got my MBP 16 from here first in Kolkata. But apple should open at least one Apple Store with all facilities in metro cities of India soon.

The last place I would like to turn up to. I have some issues with keyboard. Due to that I called up the store around 10 times but still there was zero response. Highly dissatisfied.

There is a man called suman... if you call the number given.. suman will pick up... he is completely liar.... yesterday he called me.. and told that they had that macbook pro 2020 base model only for me he will save it...he asked me all me details..confirmed me... so today start my journey and... called him....he told... No... they have not that model yet..... just a liar in the shop.

Have been to only this Apple store, since I started being an apple user.Each and every apple product of mine is from them. They are nice, well behaved. The staff kept changing every time but they are eager to help out when asked.Hope to receive such well behaviour from them always.

This is Apple premium reseller situated inside City centre 2. If all the staff inefficient. They spend more time talking among themselves. Or they keep standing near the cash counter. Not much variety of accessories available. If you are planning to buy an Apple product I will suggest you visit another apple reseller in some another area.

They are like a normal retailer store of APPLE INC. you get the all the Apple products and there accessories. Though the staffs of the store were very loose on explaining the features of the products and you will feel ignored most of the times. I purchased aaple watch series 4 and iPhone xr from this store, to which I wasnt explained anything about the product by the staffs before the purchase. I had to go through the description of the products listed beside them. I asked for the demo for the watch they just referred few things and After that for iPhone they asked me that do I am a iPhone user from before, to which I was, so they just told it has same functions as the previous ones except just reffered the home page function. For billing they just took 1 hour even the store was empty.

Exclusive showroom for Apple products. You will get all latest products here but this store sells only MRP. You can get Apple product in less price online or other stores. Staffs simply dont care if you buy or not. They will hardly try to explain you about thr product or convience tou to buy the product.

Had there been a provision for no star I would have given it. They dont even deserve half a star. Their level of service is below average. I had a terrible experience while buying an iPhone 7. Before paying the bill I enquired about iPhone 7 32 gb matte black n I was told it was available but after the payment I didnt get the colour of my choice n I was asked to cm back the nxt day to collect it. This forced me to buy a different colour. After that they got busy into gossiping n I had to wait there for 3 long hours to get my phn data transferred. They were like sloth in their service. Later they packed the phone n just as I got out the shop was shutdown. I just thought about rechecking once more n to my horror I found the phone missing. We literally had to bang on the shutter n got the door opened n took my phone which they forgot to pack. Meanwhile they also damaged my SIM card. Even the cash memo had several printing errors. They are really inefficient in their job. This store is d last place one should go to get any kinda service.

I made my first ever Apple Products purchase (2015 MacBook Air) from this Imagine. Honestly, the staff was very co-operative and guided me through MacOS as I was the typical Windows guy and here I am switched to M1 MacBook Pro now.

I bought an Iphone 5s which stopped working in about 8 months without any physical damage.I came up to these guys and they were kind enough to replace me with a new one(Just the raw phone no accessories) which did not have a box of its own, so I doubt thats a new one or factory refurbished.They told me its a brand new one taken out of the box.I believed them.But now this so called brand new phone stopped working within 6 months(No physical damage.)I went to them again, they informed me that since my warranty was over which is like a year from your first purchase I have to pay for the replacement phone.Now they quoted 20k for the replaced phone(which could be a factory replacement since that comes without a box and doesnt last for more than 6 months) at a price which was more than the brand new phone which was selling in a sealed box with accessories at 18k.So judge yourself.I expected better after sales service from you guys and you failed me.
