I went to the store on 22nd October, at 1:30pm to get an iPhone 13 pro max 512gb Blue. Conversed with salesgirl named Mamta.Was told to wait for an hour, or get 128gb or 1tb or pro instead of pro max. I chose to wait instead.They only had gold, and not blue, so jumped the gun and said Yes to the gold.I also wanted to buy Apple care+, but the sales lady was adamant on selling me a non-apple, Oneassist warranty service. I kept denying the Oneassist addon and asked to get the apple care plus instead. She kept selling, but I wanted apple care( which wasnt available at this facility, its available at their service center at some other place)The lady here, Mamta, she took me to billing as everything was ready for the transaction. She still kept talking about Oneassist though.Just before I could enter my pin. She asked why not Oneassist, I said because I want Apple.I told her, as Im being flexible for the color too, I wanted blue and getting gold, she replied: then dont take it, take it later. ( Abhi mat lijiye fir, baad mein blue lijyega ).I asked to return her my credit card. She took it out of the machine and returned it to me.Mind you, thats a recommendation from the store employee, to not buy. She was like reverse selling.I think the commission on the Oneassist is too much to the sales people. They are ready to even let go of device sales.To Mamta ji, you wasted a lot of time of a lot of people. Rude sales people dont very well in life. Maybe youd learn someday. Thanks for the water.

I wanted to enquire about iphone repair over phone. The person on the phone was very rude and asked me to search the service phone number on the internet. When I asked him to help me with service number (since they are an Apple authorized sales store), he said there are other customers who need assistance in the store and so he cannot spend time doing this. However, he continued to be on the line and explain to me the difference between Sales and service.Not sure how a reputed company like Apple recruits such people in its Sales office. Horrible experience even before visiting the store...

I visited twice and could not purchase due to staff behavior. The staff keep chatting in group. When I called them they did not pay attention to briefing out or showed interest in helping to buy. Would buy online now.

I bought Apple iPhone 12 in this store. The most pathetic service you can ever expect.The sales person name was Bhaskar, Didnt even bother to answer questions. I had to google to get the answer.He did the billing and handed over the phone without opening the box. When asked to open the box and start the phone... He did that and not even asked if I have an apple ID to set up.Seems like they are in too hurry. I noticed that it was not just with me but with most customers.

The air pod on display is very beautiful but forget about experiencing the sound quality as u need to guess that just by looking at the product. No demo available. So basically u have to pay an exorbitant price for the product then decide whether u like it or not. I dont know when customers are going to wake up to reality and start demanding service for such luxurious items.

Awful service, wanted to give 0 starI wanted to replace my battery in iphone xBut my back glass panel was broken , i went to apple authorised service they said me that they wont b able to replace the battert as tge glass panel will break if i want to replace the batteryI went to a different service centre and they replaced the battery without a scratch

My first Apple product was from them (Originally Systematix media) and so is my new iPAD PRO 2018. I had to wait for more than one month as there was no supply in pan India. But I was regularly updated. Great service..

First the good experiences. Very nicely laid out store, got what I wanted, helpful staff. I got a little irritated when the staff tried pushing me Apple pencil and iPad case, and then the cashier did not apply the Citibank cashback option correctly and I had to spend quite some time while he cancelled the transaction and made a new one. But still I will treat this as one time and rate the store five star.

If you have a lower version of I phone... they will not even talk to you properly. I went for a service issue. They have asked me to go somewhere other for the same.

The attendent girl did not know how to talk and stop keeping outdated accessories. Also people will try out things before investing in apple products dont expect them to buy the first thing they touch.

I bought a mac book pro with RD for my official work,after sales support is really bad. They are not even enlisted under authorised centres by apple. This I got to know when I called apple customer support. Poor customer dealing.
