This is generally a well stocked store and most of the salespersons are very well behaved. However the knowledge about the products and the ability to provide unbiased comparisons is not that great. You pretty much have to rely on your own research when it comes to choosing the right product for your needs. The cross selling tendency can also be scaled down a bit. As a customer my experience has been quite satisfying so far.

Have been to this place and bought my Ipad Pro from here. Its on the ground floor of the mall. They were super quick to show us everything and pack it up. Also bought tempered glass. Varieties of iphone,Macbooks and Ipads were in stock. I will recommend calling them before visiting. They might not always have everything in stock.

This one is much awaited review. Last Friday, I visited the store to check out on the M1 MacBook pro so that I could decide if I want to buy one. The sales person Mr. Nishant, helped me properly with the descriptions, demos, etc. As mentioned in the other reviews, per my perspective, the people were nice at the store. Finally I purchased MBP M1. When I came back home and opened up my new laptop, I saw a small thin pink line on the display. It was a grave situation for me as the product was brand new. I couldnt contact the store as well since it was late at night.In the tensed situation, I started reading through the articles on the Internet what happens if the device is faulty and vice versa. From the articles, I got to know that we have to go to the service center.However the next day, I called Mr. Nishant explaining whats going on with the device and he asked me to come to the store. After monitoring the device at the store, Mr. Mayank and Mr. Nishant assisted me so well that they assured me they will do their best to fix the situation and I dont have to go anywhere. Within 2 hours, they exchanged the faulty laptop with a new one. I was extremely happy and satisfied by their service which went Above and Beyond. Regardless of the few bad reviews on Google, theyve improved much at the side of customer service. My case in respect to the device seemed as though it was one in thousands.Nevertheless, I would definitely get my next apple device from this store.

Went there to purchase basic iPad. The gentleman was not at all friendly in communication and when asked for options he left us stranded by saying look these, I will be back. We were standing for 5 min and had to leave. Never expected this kind of service. Is it that he thought I cannot afford to buy.

Bought a macbook pro from there but was really disappointed with their customer service!!These people were judging their customers based on their looks. At first they were not even interested in explaining the features and all stuff , I had to call them again n again to ask questions about the product, and when I told them that I want to buy it the salesman was shocked . (Had a shocked expression in his face) I felt very humiliated by their behaviour.I didn’t even wanted to buy from their store but they were offering a student discount so that’s the only reason I bought from there.I swear , Will never step foot in that store ever again.

Very poor customer service from this store. I bought my iPhone 11, which was a defective model and I took it back to the store within 72 hours. Even Apple store has a 14 days replacement policy, Amazon/flipkart has 7 days policy. This store straightway refused to replace/refund the defective piece. Funny, because when I was purchasing, the employees were very vocal about how faulty pieces are being sold online and it’s always safer to purchase from Apple authorised sellers. UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE, IMAGINE.This is gonna be my last Apple product.

It was an amazing experience totally seemless and the sales person acted very professionally and I bought MacBook Air M1 on finance so they called the finance guy and that guy approved us the loan instantly so hats off to them , I will recommend this showroom to everyone !!

Recently I purchased airpods from this store.After buying this product,I realised that the product was defective.So I went there again for help but the staffs refused to help me.They asked me to visit the service center.Now my question is why should I visit to service center as I bought an absolutely new airpods.Totally worthless staffs!!

A very good place for experiencing iPhones, they feel more safe powerful and handy in your palm than huge Samsung phones,the fold is a beast,the imac is very powerful and helps concentration improve, ipads are hard to differentiate from macbooks,iwatch is love with my olx 7+😂 and OP Nord.

A little crowded. The store tries to maintain social distancing, however most of the customers do not follow the guidelines.They have almost all the apple products on display, the accessory selection is limited.

Most of our purchases done from this store... But they don’t keep all the stocks ... You may not get the required model in that store... Also they didn’t call you back... You need to visit the store to know the same...

The staff here misinformed my father and questioned his use of the 5W charger that came with the phone and pursued him to additionally purchase a 12 W charger. My father bought his iPhone 11 from here. However, after coming back home, he noticed his iPhone was charging much slower. He checked the packaging and a 5W charger came with the phone. Disgruntled , he called Imagine in South City to quickly inquire why his phone was charging so slowly. They asked him why he bought a 5w charger and pursued him to buy a 12W charger. This was very confusing to him as he never bought a charger separately and was just using what came in the box.

What is the current price of iphone 12?

Big store , well dressed well mannered staff wearing iPhone written Tshirts. But very reluctant with customers stepping in side store may be this resulted in months and years of bad experience where customers step-in checks price and walk out.

First of all, the store is called Imagine not Currents or whateva! Staffs are courteous..All the latest products by apple are on display. However, dont know why they havent been showcasing the 11 one. I might revisit them soon and will be updating you with my experience shopping from this Imagine outlet!

I suggest not to buy tempered glass or back cover of your iPhone from here..I was told that whenever the tempered glass worth 1700 gets damaged they’ll replace it if I come within 6 months..it got cracks within a week of purchasing and shockingly they denied to replace.. I’m angry over it

The staff there are quite rude

The staff have little knowledge of their own products and do not attend to you properly. I purchased a product and its been 7-8 hours they haven’t emailed me the receipt or invoice. Hard copy of invoice is not issued by them as told to me.
