It was a nice place but the the stairs are not that good because the structure of those stairs are such that you need to be extra careful to go up or down , otherwise the behaviour from all the salesman towards the customer was very nice and good , Loved it overall

Needless to say the sarees are gorgeous. But the lighting of the store has yellowish tint so be ready to discover an altogether new color of your saree when you get back home. However the salesman were nice and professional. Couldnt be more happy from my purchase!

Staffs behavior is not at all polite. Yeah, some of them are well-behaved but most of the staff dont know how to handle customs in rush hours. Rather the owners behave very politely to their customers. However, collection is huge. From medium range to fairly high range, everything is available.

This place is just good at playing their own trumpet.Firstly the elderly people will find it extremely difficult to take such narrow and steep staircase.Thought they do have the ground floor segment but the options are really limited.Secondly the behaviour and the body language of most of the staffs are extremely unprofessional ( staffs were removing mask). After showing few collection they seems to be very reluctant to show you the next items. Specially staffs in the old building. Having said that few of the staffs were extremely polite, helpful and courteous ( the new building in back alley).Thirdly the wedding collection are really very loud in taste.Fourthly and most importantly I dont know how the concern KMC authorities are allowing this shop to run with such a poor fire safety and security norms. If any thing bad happens ..... a lot of poor soul may get trapped inside. Extremely bad and dangerous entrance and exit for a big shop.

Huge collection, nothing to say about it. Staffs will keep on showing you one after another, but billing system is something different. Bar code reader doesnt enter the price of the item.. so it makes the process a bit slower and possibilities or errors can happen if not carefully checked.

Bit costly but can get a variety of top of the line Benarashi Sarees.

I visited the premises with my family members for marriage shopping. It is a G+3 very old building. Each saree section is very clumsy and chaotic compared to the number of customers and sales personnel. The stair case is very narrow and steep high.Even for normal person it is insufficient. Collections are good but one cannot choose any item peacefully because of heavy rush. Though it is mainly famous for sarees but I did not find any sales girl who can actually guide. I noticed that the sales man are having a tendency to convince for the high range product even though we told the price range.Regarding pricing I dont have any idea. They provided me a a hand written invoice without the name of the customer and without GSTIN no.

Excellent collection, too many varieties, cordial behavior. But only one problem, it is that good that too many customer enters at a time as a result the available space found short to accommodate same.One more thing, the authority should maintain the toilet, the current one is very unhygienic.

I have purchased different Sharees worth Rs27000/- for my daughter marriage on 06.10.21, no discount given as promised in You Tube live, moreover your packing & cash personnel behavior are very very bad, I asked for 4 nos. Box packets for 4 sharees, they denied to give, after I refused to take that 4 sharees then they have given the boxes with rough words. I was think that Banarasi & other balance sarees was taken from your stores, now I gave change my mind.

All staff is very much cooperative..They helped us very much..And they have all range products..

Its located at the college street crossing, and during Durga Puja its over crowded actually, it has several floors for different varieties of sarees, the staffs manage to attend all the customers, and the collection is decent even if not outstanding...they covers a huge range starting from very low to quite highly priced sarees

Its very crowded during this pre puja session. They have very good collection of sarees. But unable to say anything about the cost of sarees.

I have bought multiple times online: 4/5 sarees each time. First experience was good. But last year, they passed off old, sarees at very high prices. One had a hole, another one started tearing. Bad experience. Unreliable. Though they have a very good collection and a good name, i wont be able to buy from them again.

On the day when we went we met with Sonali Kanjilal (Bouma of kanjilal). She was very keen and helping the customers to choose among the various collction, belive me they have wide rang of collections in Benarashi Saree. They ahve differnt other style of sarees too. Must visit.🙏🙏

The shopkeepers were not interested in showing sarees.The blouse piece of Benerasi they gave was so small that blouse could not be made from that.Overhyped and costly...

The sarees are really good but may be a bit overpriced. The shop is super crowdy on weekends but the salesmen are polite and show sarees patiently to the customers. They allow a few few cars to be parked in the front, by the side of the road. So if you visit on a weekday parking shouldnt be an issue.

A good place to buy ethnic dresses for both men and women. The stairs are the biggest concern, too many people as well. I do not see COVID norms being respected.

Though they have some varieties of benarsi sarees.. there are load of customers and they are not able to handle the customers properly.. Many leave with anger for not being entertained!!

Beautiful ambience.. very helpful staff.. they are never tired to show just one more saree as an option for your shopping list.. never offended.. good crowd management. Also u can have tea and cold drinks for free. They give shopping bags, n also trolley bags to carry the luggage home.. very satisfied with my shopping experience here..😘

This is the worst possible place to shop for ones wedding. Did not like their stock. They dont know how to behave with customers, they dont bother to attend the customers, they kept us waiting for one and a half hours for two consecutive days, they do not want to show products and keep boasting, they demeaned other shops when they were 100 times better then them.The shopkeepers try very rudely to stop the customers if you choose not to buy from them. WORST WORST!

I have brought my wedding saree and others saaree and punjabi. The collection is very good and money worthy. The behaviour of stuff is very good. Whatever you want they will try to figure it out. Thsi is my suggestion if you want to visit must go early or week days to avoid crowd.

Budget friendly Lehenga Place I have seen

Punjabis/Sherwanis are overpriced. However, they have a good variety of sarees at worthy prices. Staffs are enthusiastic and cordial. Good place for marriage related shopping.

Its a place majorly popular for benarasi silk sarees. It has a variety of sarees. Price could be a bit on high range but mostly its choiceable.

Positive points-1. Employees behaviour is very good. (I felt like they are well-trained to sell things).2. Discount is available.3. Good collection.4. The employees are well-groomed to sell things. They wont give up if you dont like a product, they will show another.5. They will show product in your range and will not force you to buy above it..Suggestions -.As point 4 states, they are well-trained to sell things and they will show you products one after another, In my opinion that it maybe a little pressure on some customers that they have to buy from here although its not their fault, they wont force you. So, I think if they give those customers some time to think itd be a great place to shop.

Staff behavior is very bad....if you have sufficient money atleast 3k to 5k to buy saree then they behaved very well otherwise they dont behave properly.....Infact in that case they behave roudly........Very disappointing behavior.......Otherwise collections are good.

Too much crowded. No one is maintaing 6ft distance covid rules. Few staffs are quite stubborn. If you ask them to show some items of different colours or type they wont listen to it and constantly lobby you to choose from his counter. Some staffs will also try to convince you to purchase a item by saying this material is used for shooting or some character of a Bengali serial use this kind of Punjabi which in my opinion is quite annoying. They also will not show you any varieties item. During my visit I found only one billing counter was open. Thus a long queue was formed at the counter. But staffs from saveral other counters (staffs of different Sari counters) was constantly cutting the line to impress their customers, which is too much annoying. Billing counter is small and placed in a position that all the incoming customers created a congestion there. Overall the place doesnt follow covid rules at al.

Good collection, the place needs to add a lift facility especially for customers who has pain in knee. The stairway is not very comfortable and easy to climb for aged people.

The showroom has indeed a very good collection of sarees and also they have mens clothing for wedding purpose too. Yes its a tad expensive, but one should consider that quality comes at a price.
