This is the 2nd time I have availed their service and I must say that these guys always exceed customer expectation. My car was terribly dirty in the beginning. When they completed the full car spa it seemed that I just got a brand new car right from the showroom! Outstanding service by Swapnaneel and his team from Dial-a-Wash. I deep cleaned my entire flat. They worked from 12 noon till 9pm. After they finished I could hardly recognize my dirty shabby flat. The service is worth every rupee I paid. I intend to use their service regularly to maintain a healthy environment.

Somnathda and Sujonda did such a wonderful job. Thank you so much.Cleaned the house thoroughly without leaving a single trace of dirt anywhere.We all were very very happy by their outstanding work. But the most remarkable thing about theirservice was they did the total job with a smile on their face and quietly completed their job and asked me to check if the job is completed or anything else is left to be done. Although the charges are a bit on the higher side, but they did a really really commendable job.

I had booked them for cleaning my insect infected fridge. They cleaned it very nicely. It looks brand new now. Also their rates are very cheap. Happy with their service.

My bathroom was very dirty due to huge quantity iron in water.. I told him I need this all clean as it was earlier. Their timing is perfect, but they cant able to clean my bathroom. They took 800 For two washroom deep cleaning but bathroom was same dirty as earlier... I messaged to mr Swapnil but he didnt respond... Very disappointed

Our house and car was shut for 2 months as we were travelling and due to humidity and carpeted house, it badly needed deep cleaning throughout. I opted for a local vendor (Dial a Wash) just because of the availability as per my convenience. But I am taking time out to write this review because I am so impressed with the service from “Dial a Wish”. The rates are pretty much on the same lines of urban clap but the services are exceptional. The staff was extremely professional, respectful and delivered above and beyond my expectation. They have become my go to and favourite Vendor for any car, house related cleaning services. They cleaned the floor, the window and balcony grille okay on 30th dec 2020... but the kitchen cupboard, and cob web were not cleaned, neither were the washrooms cleaned well.

We did Car cleaning service from them. Though we booked it from UrbanClap but the way they did their job deserves a separate review and appreciation.I booked it in morning slot 10.30am and they were right at my door at 10.20am . Two service guys worked for nearly 6 hrs to give a never again experience in cleaning both interior and exterior of my car. Woow the car was new. Yes shiny as if just came out of the showroom.I got my one stop cleaning service centre for all my needs.I really appreciate the professionalism and ethics of these cleaning guys. I was not at my house for more than 1 year , meanwhile there were repairing work done at our Apartment, the toilets were full with RCC debris, the floor & commode was covered with cement and soil drops and splashes which was hard, it was a nightmare.The drawing room Segun wood Sofa was covered with thick layer of dust and due to Ampan and other Northwesters, those dust was like a hard mud layer, I was not even looking at them. My 2 wheeler was full with Cobwebs and Mud. My bedroom window pane was covered with cement splashes preventing the light to come in.Inside the Fridge due to some reason it was full of some kind of garbage and was profusely smelling bad of something rotten, so not able to use it and dont have the will or wish to clean it of my own. Returning home I somehow managed to clean up my bedroom, the kitchen & the part of dining area on my own. Rest of the 2 BHK house was a mess. Searching Google found 2/3 agencies near my Place (Anwar Shah Rd) , upon conversing found Dial A Wash is giving a competitive rate and more to that they are flexible and co-operating with little bit of extra work here and there without asking for extra, unlike others. Initially it was decided on next Sunday but due to some reason have to postpone it to Tuesday, they accept this very coolly. They came a team of 3 young guns leading by Swapnonil, Somenath & Pintu with their Sr Pro Sagar. They inspect the job prospect listened to my requirements and jumped into their respective work. They toiled hard till to my satisfaction from 11.30 am to 7.00 pm. I was on my laptop or watching TV, mostly confined to my bedroom, they were Silently doing their job. At times calling me for inspection when a particular assignment is over. Every time I was realising that I have chosen a Right Agency for the Job. They are not professional they are passionate, they will not leave until you are satisfied. Living room, Toilets , 4 fans, Fridge, Thakurs Singhasan, Windowpane all got cleaned and they went for the Motorcycle cleaning downstairs, I was somehow not satisfied with the floor cleaning of the living room. Once I went down , shred my concern with Swapnonil , he thought for a moment and asked Somenath (the most silent but efficient guy) to go to my flat in 4th floor and do the cleaning once more. Thats where they are not Professional but Passionate at their work and clients satisfaction. Swapnil is a fantastic leader with ample knowledge, it was a real pleasure having adda with him after the work as we were waiting for Sagar, Somenath is silent and shy, Pintu is agile and energetic. All of them are well behaved obedient and fantastic workers. Neither I was given heavy discount or any freebies to write such a big review, I felt it from my heart, and I salute the young brigades endeavor. I recommend them strongly to get the worth of your hard earned money, they will not let you down.

I opted for sofa cleaning. It wasnt up to the mark. Sofa didnt appear any cleaner than it was before and on the contrary has dark spots in places now. And Ive waited for more than 16 hrs for the sofa to completely dry up to assess the final results. Disappointed!
