Dont use zust go. This is the worst cab service in kolkata. Dont use. I said dont use this cab.

One of the most fraudulent company in Kolkata. Part ers up with companies like MET TECHNOLOGIES and cheats employees with their Provident Fund money. A year has passed by since they didnt resolve my PF amount that they have deducted while processing salary. And they did even fail to provide the UAN or PF number against the amount deduction.

I called up at their Kolkata office today to know how to operate the app on my mobile because it was showing no options. I was informed that the office has closed. With the Ola Cab Services going on wane, and Uber Cabs taking customers on ride (metaphorically) we in Kolkata urgently need a cab competitor.

Better than other cab service providers.. So many new features and very helpful employees.. god Bless everyone and thank you for such a wonderful service.

The concept of there services is too good for business holder as well as customer they are providing cab 24*7 without any surcharge, secondly u can book through there calling number if your net connection is not working, and the third thing which impressed me a lot that u can take the ride if you see the zustgo cab is passing by you and if he have no booking rides you can take that ride,earlier what we notice that company like uber and ola what they do if you are standing infront of the cab and its free for to avail the rides but you cant they will show far from your destination most of the time.Lets see how they will maintain or they will change there policy after the brand name got started running successfully.

Today I took a ride of ZUST GO. It was really a good experience. I didnt pay extra money first time while I was travelling for my office in the morning. I just forgotten my bad experience with those other SO CALL cab companies. Happy to know abt this new cab company.

My cab is registered in ZustGo, I took ZustGo trips for a while but company have never paid correct amount for my ride. They give discount to customer but drivers are one who get into loss. Why should a cab owner pay for diesel for a ride if company is giving promotions to Customer, ultimately driver should not be in loss for his ride.Its a hard earned money and they are trying to cheat driver.ZustGo promise MBG(Money Back Guarantee) scheme to driver for keeping their device online but they are just cheating the the driver and not fairly paying their MBG benefits.#Zust GO please make sure that to promote your business and increase your customer base dont cheat your driver and pay them diligently what they actually deserve otherwise unethical business practices doesnt go for long term.

The worst part out of many bads are there is NoCab evre I have tried booking one. AuggSug close your service and let the people of the city breathe

U gave a cheque of 10k cuz u dint have money dat time to pay the full salary and that s what u said to the HR Mousumi Chowdhury and she said that to us and I have that statement recorded in my phone as evidence. So dont be shocked !!! I m supposed to get the remaining salary from you and as of date I have not been terminated from your company as well. Thank God, no SURGE CHARGES, atlast. I was waiting for some new type of cab service. It was an good experience with ZUST GO cabs. I hope ZUST GO should maintain this quality. From now i will use this new platform ZUST GO.
