Its a d-link service centre. They provide good service and their repair and replacement time is around 3 to 4 days which is too good. The staffs are very friendly and they give good advice to each and every customer. They provide free repair and replacement to under warranty products. The products out of warranty are chargable but the cost are well under your budget. Always visit them when you face any problem with your any d-link products. You will always enjoy their service. They provide service on their each and every products of d-link. Hope you will have a good time when you go there and get your problem solved.

Had a very bad experience with this service center. Gave them the router for disconnecting issue, when submitting the router i told the technician that i have already updated the firmware and the issue was still present. The service center mailed me two days later and told me that the problem has been fixed. When i asked them about the problem, they said it was a problem with firmware update. Upon returning home and connecting the router, the same problem happened. Very disappointed with the service.

Came on Saturday as my router was not working, inspite of showing the shop is open in Google maps the store was closed. Do call before going.

In Kolkata we have only 1 service center of D-Link which is also fully irresponsible service center. When I called them to check my router they said it will take 3 days to check, i need to give my router to them for 3 days for just checking the issue. It can be small issue also. They just utilising the situations of covid if you force them to repair router quickly.D-Link please look into this. This is very bad.

Very to get there. Stuffs are good but remember the place is open till 5:00 p.m. Not 6 pm as mentioned in Google. So be on time.

Worst experience because i went there today in the given Address but it have been shifted to some other place .Atleast they can update the Address from the Google maps .no updated Address provided or notice given.

The dlink staff are very rude and they do not give importance to the customers. Unprofessional behavior and very rude ,never expected from dlink.

I brought one... And it got international problems.... I contacted them... After 6 months of use... The service center is 1.30 hours away from my home... I asked them to return it if they can... At the same after check up... But they denyed showing they have so much work to do... And they took the router and dropped it on some boxe... Rather then keeping it politely... Then asked me to call after 2 days... I called them ... They said.. its done full repear is done.. I took it got back to home.. and now the router has the same problem as before.... Its really hard to get harassed like this.. also it shows on Google tht closing time is 6 pm.. but they close it on 4.30 pm... Now what should I do

Not user frienfly, grom their they are confirm that the router is within warranty period, just as I habe lost the invoice and the I have opened the case of the just to see whether there is visible defect ot not they have denied to attend the product. Even I have requested to attend and repair the product agaist cost but they have not accepted. I have felt that 1st they trying to find out any reason by which the work van be avoided.

Their service is very bad. Just 7 days ago I have submitted a DIR 841 router. Monday they informed me to collect the product after repair. After taking the product when I plug in it into my system I found they did not repaire anything, only returned the product as it was. The problem is remained as before. So I ask to beware of that type of incident can be happened to you.

Very quick service, they only scan the bar code of the router and check the warranty and give you a receipt of it. Once repairing is done they notify you through SMS and just bring the receipt to collect your product.

Most 3rd class service and behavior is too bad.

I am amazed with the service. Got my WAN port damaged router replaced by 3 days.Executive Mr. Tanay and others are very co-operative over the phone as well.DLink Service Center is located just opposite of a petrol pump on Ganesh Chandra Avenue. You should come at C.R.Avenue Bentick Street crossing bus stop at Chandni Chawk. Then take G.C. Avenue beside Supreme Computer Shop. Not more than 5 minutes walk.If your dlink product has the warranty then dont think much, came here rightaway. Its open Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm.
