Took too long to prepare pulao and roll. How can 2 simple dish take so long. Seems one has to order for dinner during lunch hours

They are charging almost equivalent to Aminia and Amber but the taste is not up to the mark at all.Its ok to order for emergency purposes otherwise I would like to find some other options.

It is near Shakuntala Park petrol pump. I tried Biryani from this restaurant, food quality is not so high, rice is very much oili and the the chicken piece is not soft.

Tasty chkn tandoori nd yummy mix soup

Went to take some fast food. But they took so long time to deliver. So instead of fast food we got slow food. And the taste was also average.

Earlier when i visited there they serve very nice and quality is very good but recently when i visited the food is not that better

Before yesterday (25/01/29) Hot lips used to be one of my favourite restaurants in my area (sarsuna and shakuntala). I always loved the quality and taste of their food, visited there multiple time since they have started it back then. also given them a five star with good comment in zomato which Im about to change now.Yesterday I took 3 egg rolls for home and one chicken roll to have it straightaway...In spite of mentioning the order taking guy (who was sitting at the very front and taking orders) multiple times that I dont prefer green chilis and chili sauce into one of those 3 egg rolls and the chicken roll, they just filled all of those rolls with green chilies and chilli sauce. After I started to eat the Chicken roll, I literally had to insist my tongue and throat to have it into my stomach, I could not even throw that out into their dustbin as I hate to waste food. Even my family had to struggle to digest those 3 excessively over spicy egg-rolls.After this incident I will never ever visit HOT LIPS again and also suggest my friends and relatives to avoid HOT LIPS.
