So yesterday we were in Karama so just thought to had dinner here and try there thali.First of all place is really nice & huge sitting area with following full COVIP safety protocols. Staff was really courteous and warm welcoming. We were with 18 months kido and staff was really very polite and humble and trying to talk with him and engage him. So sorry for the mess-up he did on the table. We ordered there thali which is mix of Rajasthani & Gujrati dishes and its unlimited as much as you can eat 😋.Wide variety of famous mixed dishes from Rajasthan & Gujrat with an authentic & amazing taste. And during this mango season they added Aamras which was like Cherry on top and kido really liked it so so much.Mr. Pramod thanks so much for great hospitality and when i personally said thanks about this tasty food got a chance to meet with Mr. Raju (Chef) whos behind this amazing taste. Thanks so much once again for the whole team for this amazing and tasty experience. Will visit again.

One is spoilt for choices when dining at Rajdhani. It is difficult to choose to indulge in a thali which consists of 25 items OR to savour their special street food.Well, I was lucky enough to devour in both especially during their Aamlicious season (meaning season for Mangoes).A sparkling empty thali is filled quite generously step by step and what unfolds is a sensory pleasure induced by food. They first serve with their varied types of chutneys and salads followed by their mouth watering starters. Then comes their special Daal bhaati churma topped with dollops of ghee. The food journey then continues with generous servings of their sabjis, different types of Dal, assorted types of breads such as puris, chapatis, Theplas, ghree roti, 2 options of rice ; moong dal khichdi and Steamed rice. Their Gujrati Dal was my favourite from the menu. It was not too sweet and the peanuts just added a more crunchy flavour to the dal. The food is accompanied with their special Lassi. While we were relishing the food, we were served with (everyones favourite) Aamras which you can enjoy with Puri (a match made in heaven). Apart from that, we tried their Jalebi Rabdi and Anjeer halwa. Each and every dish was distinctive and indeed a perfect blend of sweet and spicy.Wait,, It is still not over😊 Remember I told you I got a chance to try even their street food ! So there you go; we tried their finger licking Pav bhaji fondue, Spicy Missal and Pizza dhokla. If ever you are missing Indian street food, you can come here to satiate your taste buds. Pizza Dhokla was indeed served creatively with Dhokla as the base topped with Pizza sauce and shredded cheese. Just loved this dish.So my friends; if you want to indulge in street food as well North Indian Thali, Rajdhani is a one Stop destination for you.BTW, the thali is priced at 40 AED+ Vat and its served at 30AED during #ramadan until 10th May 2021. Do visit Rajdhani and indulge in healthy home food.

An artwork of an Indian thali (plate), a fusion of Gujrati and Rajasthani cuisines, full of enchanting flavors. I had the chance to visit during pre-covid times along with a group of colleagues. The funny thing: one of the 20 something dishes was really spicy but it was hard to pinpoint which one...so Lassi came in handy to alleviate the burn. The staff was super nice. They brought repeating helpings of the main dishes to the table and almost insisted that one eats more. A true representation of traditional Indian hospitality. Check this place out if you are in or around Al Karama, Dubai. (I believe they only serve vegeterian food)

The interior and sitting arrangements is good, the food is good like always thats why I am giving two stars. But the service is very very poor, I visited today with family, we were the first and only customer in the restaurant, there were 4 service persons, but after every serving they all are going in corner facing the wall and talking with each other and two person were watching something on mobile phone, I had to wait for them to look at us to ask for something.I am from Mumbai, i am a big fan of Rajdhani, i know how they do the service there, the service person should always look at the customer if he needs something and not to chit chat, and who allows the service person to use mobile phone when customer is there.Very poor, i will not at all visit again neither will ask anyone to visitThank you for the wonderful service

🇮🇳 An incredible cultural culinary experience today, where I had the pleasure of dining with Indians who understood each and every vegetarian dish we enjoyed so much. This restaurant is vibrant, full of color and clearly has s cult following as it was super busy with Indian families flocking to enjoy street food delights that take them home for as long as they’re dining at this thoughtfully planned restaurant with menu items even those who’ve never been to India will be inspired by the creations that taste truly delightful 😋 This is a Restaurant I’ll be happy to revisit as there’s much more than I ate today! Great service, portions generous and taste - well amazing! 😍 Well done chefs 👨🏼‍🍳 See you soon! 💙

Follow me on Instagram. nayab.sarhandiWhat a mind blowing experience for a complete Non Veg person like me into a purely Vegetarian Restaurant like really after visiting Rajdhani Street located in Karama my views about veg food is totally changed ! like man what food, what ambiance and presentation with such colorful, quirky vibes that will leave you in awe.Tried this place with my vegetarian friends and the experience was just perfect. Everything was just on point. An outstanding experience. A perfect Vegetarian treat where you can get delicious streetfood at its best. Guys do try this place for street style quick bites like Chaat and pani puri for satisfying your tastebuds.Food Ordered 👇🏻Dahi Papdi Chaat. One of the finest chaat i ever had. What an amazing style of presentation truly impressed with the taste and the quantity. A scrumptious mouthwatering treat. Highly Recommended.Gol Gappay.I call them the round, small freshly made balls of happiness when dipped in spicy water with some tangy chutney it makes your life complete. Gol gappy is a not a snack it is a true pleasure of life . Too good.Pav Bhaji.Truely amazed how this place has given attention to every detail. I must say the creator is a true foodie who knows how to impress the other foodies . Small chunks of bread served with Mumbai Style pav bhaji. A small stove was placed under the dish to give you hot bite until the last chunk.Tawa Pulao.Spicy version of rice cooked with green peas served on a small cute little pot. As this dish was not that much appealing to my tastebuds due to its spice level but can be a source of pleasure to all pulao lovers.Drinks.Simply amazed to see the variety, variation, taste and presentation style of all drinks. Loved the shikanji served on a huge slim glass bottle topped with mints leaves. Jackfruit smoothie was something I never heard of but it was my friend all time favorite and taste was so delicious. They also have variety in golas ( Desi Ice pop ) tried the Kala Jamun Gala which was a treat too.Desserts.They have variety of desi desserts but simply in love with shahi tukra. What a taste simply fingerlicking. Small fried pieces of bread soaked in thick sweet saffron milk was a perfect treat to satisfy your sweettooth craving. A must try.Overall Experience.A vegetarian heaven from ambiance to food taste everything was so well balanced. The style of presentation and the funky Mumbai vibes with colorful seating gives you a perfect dining experience. The place is huge with one side designated only for Thalis and the colorful portion for the ala carte menu.Guys if your are craving for streetfood or some good vegetarian treat then this place should be on your list. For the owner-I usually dont write reviews but this is out of control. I order lunch every Friday from Rajdhani. Past 4-5 times there has been a issue where the food is completely cold. I didnt say anything the first time, second time I complained to Zomato, third and fourth times I wrote in special instructions to send hot food or dont accept the order food was sent hot. Today I didnt write in the special instructions as I didnt have time and food was so cold like it was made yesterday night. I called the restaurant, I spoke to the someone from Rajdhani, he completely denied the food being cold and was extremely rude, spoke in higher tone and was challenging me and said me to put review if you want in a challenging way. I lost my cool and told him, this is not India where you can speak to me like this and do whatever you want. Being a local, I can put in a complaint and the restaurant can have consequences. My cousin got food poisoning from an desi restaurant and the branch closed 2 days later. For the people who think I am far away from the restaurant hence the food gets cold, I am in the next building from the restaurant.

Nicely decorated but remains crowded because of the busloads of Indian tourists coming in most of the time. They are very popular too. This is a thali restaurant and Rajasthani items are their speciality. At 45dhs +vat, they are definitely not cheap but on tuesdays, they have a half price offer.Recently we had our Diwali office party here and everybody was happy with the food.Rajasthani food is not one of my favourite things, so suffice it to say, that some items were quite good. Our south indian friends also liked some items.Service is adequate.Good for people from north west India particularly, if they find the pricing within their budget. Thalis are the best way to enjoy a huge variety of Indian meals at a takeaway price. Many places offer unlimited food at a fixed price. So what more could you possibly ask for?As last week i was on my Dubai Holidays with my family n was searching for indian food ,n i found this amazing Place. Rajdhani is a popular restaurant chain in India with 28 branches across India and one in Dubai. They serve vegetarian Rajasthani and Gujarati thali. They are now better known as the “Thali Place”.Rajdhani is Located in Al Karama, Rajdhani is popular for its special Thali with a variety of Rajasthani and Gujarati delicacies. This decent looking and comfortable dining place is apt for a comfort meal with family. This all vegetarian restaurant offers Thali which includes delicacies like Palak Patta Chaat, Masala Khichdi, Daal Baati Churma and several other items.Always buzzing with people, expect a vibrant, noisy atmosphere when you enter this place.Look out for their. The interiors are contemporary. We were warmly welcomed and seated. The thali plates and cups were already arranged on the table.Followed by Daal Baati Churma, Sambhariya aloo Baigan, Chole, Bharwan Drumsticks ,Paneer methi malai. Best assortment of Indian breads – Phulka, Bajri na Rotla and Puri.Three kinds of daals were served. Katchi Amti Dal, Amti Dal and Subz Kadhi. It was best with the Navrathna Pulao, Steam rice and Khichdi. In the sides were coriander chutney, bharela mirchi, mirchi thecha, diced onion and papad. For deserts there were three kinds of sweets, Pineapple Shira, Malai Sandwich and Kesar Jalebi. The thali is unlimited, tasting all the dishes itself is very filling. But, the samosa chaat was irresistible, we had a second helping.Tuesday thali at an unbelievable price of Dh 22. Dig into dal bati and churma to mouth-watering desserts at this tempting price.I would highly recommend this place for a fulfilling Indian Thali.

In sweets - sooji halwa, jalebi with rabri, chamcham. They serve White rice and khichdi as well with lots of Desi Ghee.Few suggestions for restaurant - please ask customer before putting food in their plate and also dont hurry up feeding the customer. Let them enjoy their meal.I recommend people to visit the place with family.

I went to their restaurant 10 days back in Karama for dinner. The food was good no doubt, but I was highly disappointed with the service. I’ve been to Rasoi Ghar, Maharaja Bhog, Padmanabha and even Kathiawadi express. And all of them have one thing in common - the hospitality of the servers is so good that even if you’re full, you want to eat more. They keep insisting that you eat. In Rajdhani twice or thrice it happened that our sabji were finished but no one bothered to refill it, even though there were so many of the servers standing around us. And everytime we asked for anything they would come point at us and say “ you want more?” As opposed to “please take more”.In the end someone came and said “you’re done?” We were thinking waiting for the jalebi. But looked like they just wanted us to not eat anymore and leave.I went to Rajdhani in Rola street for the first time in 2008 or 2009. And the service you had then, is gone now. Sad to see.

And the started our trip to tastes which started with starters, lassi, veggies, breads, rice and khichdi and ended with three desserts. The thali is a treat in itself and chef Mr. Ladu Ram had definitely put lots of effort and thought as the menu changes everyday. Can you imagine liking cashew karela( bittergourd)..Aamras puri was the best and jalebi rabdi surely made our evening super sweet. “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”Rajdhani is a Rajasthani restaurant that is well known for it’s traditional Rajasthani thali. Keeping up to their name, they serve authentic Rajasthani food that is fresh and served with lots of love. The unlimited thali consists of a welcome drink, 2 starters, 4 types of sabzi , 2 varieties of rice, 2 types of dal, 3 types of Indian breads, 3 sweet dishes and also some chaas. Menu changes everyday and till date I haven’t eaten any of their dishes twice (except the aamras). The food tastes highly authentic and rich, flavours are well balanced and just one serving of the entire thali makes you feel full. The variety of dishes just spoils you for choice. Their aamras is the best and is a must try  (only available in the summers). Also their dal batti churma is something that you can’t really miss. The restaurant is spacious and brightly lit with a dedicated waiting area for customers. The ambience of this place is really cozy with some light Rajasthani folk music playing in the background. Quick service….food is served even before you can ask for it. Staff is extremely good…they treat you like a Rajasthani royal….they don’t hesitate to serve you and your wish is their command. It was really fascinating to see how they communicate with each other using sign language to maximize service and minimize the sound in the restaurant. A special mention to Mr. Jagjish for generously refilling our bowls with cold and fresh aamras.Parking is not really an issue… though you might have to walk for a bit till the restaurant after finding one.Price - 4/5Presentation 5/5Taste - 5/5Value for money - 5/5Ambience - 5/5OVERALL - 4.5/5Subscribe to our YouTube channel - RipplezzGalloreFollow us on Instagram - @thegreatmb_ripplezzgallore & @carolmathias17Like us on Facebook - @RipplezzGallore
