Nice place. Prasenjit and Sourav at the reception are very nice polite and courteous and manage the property very well and they are extremely Hard working. All the staff are polite and courteous and make u feel at home during the stay. Food is decent as well. Keep up the good work.

I asked fr laundry service on my arrival I confirmed with working staff, he said that u can gve this any time.. wen I call in the morning to the receptionist he told me that u have to gve this before 10 now v cant do anything..After this I requested them c if anything can happen.. he refused and he told me that will try n call u... I was waiting fr his cal fr 2 hrs. After 2 hours I called to the receptionist this tym one girl picked the call she promised me that she will call back.. didnt receive the call so fake promises... Dont want to go this place again even will nt refer any one..

Collection 0 207, a nest in the busy city like kolkata. I stayed for one night and it was really awesome. The gentleman in the reception was humble and friendly, the food especially momos and chicken fried rice was delicious. This hotel is for sure when I visit kolkata again. Thanks a tone!!!

A great hotel at such a low price. Room and bathroom were clean, service was good. Location is the best part of the hotel, most of the attractions are near to it. Staff was very cooperative, assisted us very well.

Room are very nice. elevator facility also there.no restaurant in this hotel but near by good restaurants are there. if we order food in hotel they will take minimum 1hour 30 minutes to provide.no parking facility. this hotel location is just in front of karaya police station. even we cant stop vehicle for 5 minutes.

Booked the hotel when my relatives was in kolkata.. Ambience and location is very central and near Quest Mall. Staff, food,cleanliness and hospitality service was quite exemplary. Very well maintained newly built Hotel. Mishraji was very helpful.

The location is great with major public ameneties within walking distance. The rooms are not very big but are cosy and clean. Staff behavior is excellent and the reception managers are professional. Overall, a good property to stay in for business travellers or for short visits.

Booked it for my father in law coming down from Allahbad. Was a good experience overall with friendly staff to clean and comfortable rooms. If in kolkata would choose this place the next time my family is here too. Location is very central.

Booked through OYO App. When we (Me and my wife) reached hotel they denied to check in. They said they dont allow any boarders from West Bengal as that is a local id. They dont allow any local id. But we are from Garhbeta, Paschim Medinipur and the hotel is more than 200 km from our residence. How it can be a local id. I said that earlier we have stayed with this id in Kolkata with OYO. But a person rudely said this is our property we dont allow this here, u can go out from here. I have tried to contact OYO customer support but they keep me waiting for 15 min. Then came out of the hotel.

VERY SAFE FOR OUTSTATION TRAVELLER AS HOTEL IS OPPOSITE TO KARAYA POLICE STATION.

The stay in the Hotel was Good and like staff behaviour and during 1st two days tv was not working afterwards it was repaired by the and WiFi signal was very bad and speed was also very slow and u guys are looting customers or trying to make customers fool after charging extra for breakfast and giving worst breakfast which is not worth for money

Is possible I must be give them a big huge zero. Before arrival I talked with them several times and informed them I am from Bangladesh. They told me that they are allowed Bangladeshi with passport. After arriving they are not allowing us to stay. What kind of rubbish attitude this is.???
