Tanishq Jewellery Kankurgachi store is located on CIT Road near Kankurgachi crossing of Kolkata. It is also near to the Westside Kankurgachi store. It is well connected through road. There is fee car parking available in front of the store. There is huge collection of all type of ornaments at this store. The staff are well mannered. Cash as well as online facility for purchase is available here. The store remain open till 8 PM.

Nice store but with a limited collection in the desired range. I was looking for some low to medium range designs but they didnt have much options. Might visit later to give it another try.

The staff also makes you aware of all the offers that you get on ornament purchases.When you enter the store, your temperature is checked and sanitizer is provided. The staff also wears face masks and shields. They are #COVID safety compliant. There is ample parking space outside the store.

A nice place for jewellery. But not all the items are available here. You need to pay in advance and wait for a month to get your jewellery. Although the staffs are very polite and well behaved. They will try their best to help you out. If you are looking more something special then you can visit this place but please pay them in advance at least a month before.

Nothing much unique in this store. Sales persons were not wearing masks.No welcome drinks were offered. Not proper seating arrangements for all.

I have very negative experience with this store. I ordered a bangle more than 2 months before and payed 90% of the product value to freeze the gold rate. The store never called me when it initially reached the store. I called the store after a month and only then I got to know that the product had already reached there. The product was defective and I asked the store for a replacement/reorder. Its more than a month now I didnt hear back from it. Moreover whenever I call, I got the same answer that it will reach within next 2/3 days. I am very upset with the service this center has provided me.Additionally, the stuffs of the store force excessively for purchasing the new schemes which is surely not desirable. Even on the offer days (gold coin offer) when a number of customers wait to inquire about the products, the sells girls remain busy with a single customer in this kind of selling without paying any interest in the needs of the long waiting customers!

A Tata group outlet is always better in terms of quality and purity.......Good number of unique collections of gold and diamond jewelleries.......Very well behaved friendly staffs....... always cooperatives........
