Society and apartments are good compared to nearby apartments. Maintenance prices are not that great. Plus, electricity and Internet connectivity issues are there. Move in here if someone wants to stay in vicinity of nature. Living here since last 11years.

I live here so I had to give it 4 stars. Well there are many technical issues related to this place - constructions arent complete yet, and they dont adequately water the newly cemented stuff (floor, wall, outer wall, terrace etc etc). The buildings look good from the outside but all the paints are fading and coming off literally especially buildings at the back that are totally hidden away from public view. Connecting roads arent complete yet (YET). Most constructions arent yet complete including the shopping mall which was supposed to have been built by now.Funniest of all, a huge chunk of a wall including the metal railings on the terrace on one of the blocks fell through during a heavy rain - luckily harming no one - but nothing was done to check all the other buildings. However the developer of the site did arrange a Puja to fend off any other such incidents. So, um the buildings arent at all strong (doesnt matter what they claim). None of the construction works are properly supervised nowadays.Okay, the issue which pisses me off completely is they havent designated a proper dumping ground for daily waste. And they also have no proper means of waste disposal. The uneducated staff just burns every kind of waste down. And you can only imagine the degree of pollution and discomfort caused by such actions. I did tell this to some of the senior residents once but the matter was laughed off.I guess, its best you never come here. The place is a complete mess.

It is good but not completed so far, lot of space is there, may be utilized for beauitification, more park, garden , more flower as name is Pushpakalay.
