Called up the store once. All staff behaviour is very polite. Visited the store today to bought jewellery. Just an wow experience with them. They offer gold exchange and besides PC Chandra they offer a very good rate in the gold exchange. Even if you have bought diamond or platinum from them them exchange that too if you have the bills.

Small shop with great collections.. not that huge but you can find really admirable beautiful collections of bangles necklace chokers ratanchur mantasha konkon.. platinum and diamond jewellries also.. one can have plenty variety of costume jewellries also..

I am a regular customer of Senco and love their jewellery designs however this shop doesnt impress me much because they dont have jewellery stock like their other shops. Its a very small shop and people who are showing you senco products are little reluctant you may say. During festive and wedding season the shop is overcrowded. Make sure to check your products and Bills properly before you leave the shop.

My purchases from Senco have been few gold and diamond (gold lite collection) rings only. Hence, my view is based on these products only. I have only visited their outlet at Bidhan Sarani, near Shyambazar. Its a small shop given the big brand Senco is. The staffs are well behaved as expected from such a renowned name as Senco. The gold ring collections are good. I had also purchased a sapphire stone. The price is affordable and the stone comes with a certificate of authenticity. Regarding, diamond rings (range being Rs.10k - 20k), I didnt find them very attractive. Im saying this because Ive purchased rings within the same price range from P. C. Chandra. The quality of their diamonds are much better than Sencos. Nonetheless, Senco is definitely a very renowned and trustworthy name in jems and jewellery industry.
