Last week I visited the store to look for bridal collections with my sister for her wedding shopping. I am very happy to share my personal experience that the people over there attended us very happily and shown us the collections which we were looking for. They have very good idea of fashion designers. I booked the bridal lehanga for my sister from there.Will definitely suggest my friends circle to visit the store.

I had an amazing experience coming here. A great ambiance, lovely designs, great customer service and above all very hospitable and patient team. Kudos to the designer for giving an amazing feeling and personalized touch to shopping.

If allowed I would rate this store negative.We visited the store today @6.30 pm. This is generally the time we chose to shop as we are occupied with work during the day. The store was open, when we entered we were asked what we are interested in buying and then the owner refused to show the collection saying we close by 6,come back tomorrow if you want to see the collection.They are extremely UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL , I would not suggest people to visit this place. There are far better shops than this in Kolkata. They do not have any boards or directions to the store and operate out of an apartment.

Worst place to shop at.. Delivered 1.5 months late.. Very harsh at communication after the payment is done.. Pathetic fittings.. Sent the lehenga again for fittings lehenga altered with bad finish,blouse returned without alteration, didn’t even discuss about the alteration and couriered without communicating. Again received with bad fittings.

One cannot undermine her collection . Had choices of her collection and one from Park Street . At last finalised from vrijvan , but one must keep a choice of Saroj Jalan label at priority.

Extremely unprofessional! Horrible experience, building infrastructure wont help, customer service is the first and most important thing, there are many boutiques and shops in Kolkata with exclusive collection. Even after taking an appointment, the owner doesnt show up and some unskilled staff takes his own sweet time to display 10 products in an hour! If your time is precious, even ours is! Have seen better collection elsewhere with better services!
