All I can say is WOW. I was invited to a dinner at this restaurant the other week and the food was absolutely delicious, the company was great and the location was fantastic. This will have to be one of the best Indian Restaurants in Brisbane. I cannot talk enough about this place. Keep up the great work and keep the excellent food coming, highly recommended :)

Meal was tasty. We waited a long time for order. Then it was served to the couple next to us. Finally our order arrived, no apologies, they fussed over the couple who received our order and gave them our meal with no charge ! Our tandoori drumsticks were a bit dry. Lamb korma was well cooked and rice was fine. But we were double charged for naan bread plus a public holiday surcharge. Not a memorable meal for the right reasons.

Delivery was 35 minutes late, ordered from the web site gave delivery between 6:15-6:30. When i called at 6:45 I was told the order had left, she advised would contact the driver and let me know. No return phone call. When I called again at 7:00 I was told again the driver had just left. Although I got an apology from the manager who delivered the order the customer service experience was not good. I have eaten there and got takeaway many times but this time the food was not as good. The breads were soggy and the butter chicken not as good as our last order. Seriously not happy.

This is hands down the greatest indian restaurant in brisbane. There is something wrong with the chef of this restaurant. He does not know the difference between butter chicken and chicken tikka masala… i ordered chicken tikka masala and they came up with butter chicken i told the lady at the counter to solve the issue but she rudely said that the chicken tikka masala at other restaurants is butter chicken here which is being served like this from last 15 years…. Worst experience ever had…

Great Indian with all of the usual choices you would expect. The Naan bread of amazing and the butter chicken was not sweet. There wasnt a spare seat in the whole restaurant which is a good sign that it is a popular place to dine, there were also lots of people in that time ordering takeaway. Food came really quickly which was nice. A few tables sitting outside which was quieter and more private for us.We will be back!

Ordered a mild to medium curry takeaway, the curry I got was so hot we couldnt eat it. Called up to let them know, hoping to get another made that we could eat. Woman on the phone said the kitchen sent out a mild medium curry. I said thats wrong, the curry is a hot, I can see the bits of chili in it. No offer to fix it, no exchange, no refund. The best they could offer is for me to come down AND PAY FOR ANOTHER CURRY!!Terrible customer service. There are tonnes of other curry places in this area, avoid this one and go give your business to somewhere that gives you what you order.

Food here is great, creamy curries, free papadums on arrival and very friendly staff. There is so much to choose from. Had the biryani and butter paneer which was delicious and so filling. The girls working here are polite and table service was great. I loved being able to do an online reservation and they then send you a text to confirm. It’s so easy. I had done an online reservation just 30mins before and I got a table, no issues. Would visit again.

We saw a few uber eats people visiting, saw a lot of Caucasians but definitely as an Indian, we did not enjoy. The chicken tikka felt water plumped, but the flavours were good. Sauce in that dish was the best thing on the night. The Lamb biryani had the Lamb cooked well, but the rice and flavours were all wrong, it tasted like puliogare and had a grainy taste. Left the dish and ate only the lamb pieces. Was a let down but that was my ethnic experience, others may enjoy though.

I have been lucky to be able to experience this fantastic restaurant many times since I was introduced to it over 11years ago. Food is consistently brilliant and absolute quality. Naans are simply the best, I have not seen a naan come close to what Punjabi Palace is dishing up 😋 seriously 😋. The currys are addictive, you cant just eat there once. I have a serious problem when I eat from Punjabi Palace, the choice of curry!! Which one?? They are sooooo good.

For those who want a real review on this establishment here it is. 100% real stuff. First off, the place looks good, its vibey, full, we were served quickly and did not have to wait. Free popadums was served immediately. Impressive. Service, quick and spot on, very happy indeed. Overall Id give the service 5 stars. Starters, we ordered the tandoori chicken, terrible, boiled chicken omg so disappointed. Worst way to start my great evening. My wife ordered the chicken tikka masala and I had the lamb masala, never in my history of traditional indian food have I ever been so let down. Dont get me wrong, if you have no clue what Indian food is supposed to taste like I.e if you are not indian, you will probably not know any different and think you are eating the good stuff. Eeeeeerrrr no. This food is not prepared fresh, go to dosa hut or top in town for real good indian food. I must say their naan bread is one of the best Ive had which made up for the meal and actually makes the terribly prepared meals average. Their hot is below mild. It is clear the market they cater for is not really true Indian so you cant blame them. Unfortunately I have eaten at places that set the bar really high for a lot less. Prices average. Not a return customer.

Without a doubt the best in Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to!It is a little bit hard to find parking around, especially on busy nights but it is quite easy to find the restaurantThe atmosphere, and the vibe, could be improved, but the quality of the food honestly makes you notice nothing bad about this placeTop dishes/combo (for me) so far have been:-***butter chicken***-chicken tikka masala-garlic naan-yogurt and cucumber raitaUnfortunately it can take a little bit of time for your food to get ready and come out but since it’s such great quality and taste, I could not complain, totally worth the waitI’ve been here a few times but it never lets us down and will be back many more times..Even if you normally don’t go to Indian places, this one is absolutely worth a try!A thousand times recommended..!!

Despite of the whole ground level seating being available, we were offered to sit upstairs with a group of 12 people talking to each other at a volume that that we (me and my wife) couldnt even hear each other. We left saying its too noisy upstairs so if you can get us a table somewhere quieter , that would be appreciated.Because we did not booked a table, we were rudely rejected to be seated where we wanted. Dined here last night (Fri 20th) and was unfortunately disappointed with the service and good after reading all the nice reviews. My friend ordered the lamb palak and was given beef, so we asked the waitress about it and the manager came over and said that he could remake it but cant guarantee it would come back as lamb. Then made the excuse that it was an issue with the suppliers.Surely the chef should see that the meat was not lamb and therefore tell the customer prior to serving the curry? Anyways, I ordered a Rogan Josh with chicken and I was disappointed to find it was thigh and not breast but I still ate it because at least it was the right meat. Just for the pricing Id have expected quality chicken breast.Im often one to compliment on reviews as Im someone who relies heavily on the good reviews of establishments but Im sad to say I cant give a good review of this place. The upside to the meal was they provided a 15% discount for the inconvenience which of course we did appreciate.Needless to say, overall we wouldnt eat here again.
