Everything is fine but one thing bother me so much which some of the workers attitude. They behave so bad. If someone is having problem then they treat them like uneducated, this so bad. They should work on their behaviour. Every worker should behave nice with the customers.

Bigbazar Birati is a comprehensive superstore with almost everything you need for domestic life. This is probably the only bigbazar housed solely in a four story building on main road just across railway flyover of Birati.

Good value branded things available

Spacious and tranquil. Starting from temperature check to the helpfulness of the attendants, everything was on point. What I really liked was the knowledgeability of the attendants, especially at the cash counter. I went to More Shop on the same day before going here and I wanted to pay using Amazon Pay wallet. The attendant at the cash counter at More asked me for my Amazon Pay code. Now this was something new to me. Usually Id give them my number, theyd send the payment request. But they told me the procedure had changed. However, he didnt know how to get that code and neither did I, as I never heard about it before. So when I asked for help, he naively said he didnt know and I should find it.On the contrary, I got complete help from the Big Bazar cash counter attendant, as he elaborated the procedure very well. I liked my shopping experience here very much.

Worst experience. Complete mismanagement of billing queue.

Multi-floor mega shopping mall situated in Birati -kolkata(popularly known as BigBazar).Almost every household items you can buy from here.cash and card transactions available. From Denim to safari most renowned brands are there but T shirts, shirts are not trendy and very expensive according to its quality. Kids/women collection is good but not the best.Good place for evening hang-out .

I have gone there after almost 2 years but experience is not good this time.First of all,this birati store is lacking in inventory management.Lots of racks are full or half empty , rice 5 kg packet is not available,lift does not go to the third floor and so on.Secondly, there is lack of availability of people in the cash counter.Combining all the floors, only one cashier was available.And naturally long queue was there before the counter.The store manager should take care of the above aspects to maintain the brand value of the store.

Earlier this store was having plenty stocks in all varieties. Now a day not enough stock specifically under glossaries.

Good place to buy grocery items and household needs.It has parking lot,lift facility But it does not provide online shopping option.If you purchase any item with offer then you will get cashback in future pay wallet.for that you have to download future pay app from Google play store.and you can deduct that cashback in your next purchase.I think they should increase their number of counters because in peak hour,one have to stand for hour or so ,to complete the billing procedure
