This outlet is large as compare to other outlets... It has a sitting area too... Steps are little arrogant and untrained... Quality of sweets are decent... Decor of the place is sober... Pocket pinch is on the higher side...

One of the best sweet shop in Kolkata. From childhood days we prefer this shop. Recently my father bought the famous Mishti Doi from there. It was just fabulous! It was sweet( but no so much, perfect!). It was very creamy in taste too. They have great variety of sweets. I highly recommend this place. Everyone must try out their sweets once in a lifetime.

I bought pantua, chomchom ans baked rasogolla. Bad smell was coming. Products were not at all fresh. Humble request to all the outlets of Bancharams, we all know that you have much appreciated goodwill for doing the business but please dont make people fool like this way. Dont play with customers money and health.

Loved every single item purchased. Tad overpriced for some of the items but the sweets are innovative and delicious

Terrible Kichudi with alu bhaja provided by Bancharam. Disappointed with such a product from a renowned brand .Bancharam, please dont cheat your customers.

Visited on Ganesh Chaturthi day 2020. Waited for 35 minutes in the queue of 15 persons. Banchharam maintained hygiene and offered contactless delivery including payment. Sweets were of good quality.

Some of the sweets are good. Mango kasundi and nimki is good. Dont buy sitabhog sweet from here; poor quality.

Very good quality sweets and curd. Their radhaballabhis are excellent. Also they dont add a Gst on top of their prices...

Rate is high.., taste not extraordinary to pay such amount. Radhaballvi @20/- served nearly cold with very small amount of curry. Malpoa not up to the mark. Not happy at all.Now I visited again now it is better

Very good sweet shop. Top of the line infrastructure with top class sweets available. Staffs are very attentive and well behaved. The sweets are bit overpriced but taste is awesome. Only Vegetarian food is available here. Non Veg Food is not allowed inside the shop also so do not carry Non Veg.

I visit this shop in the evening I asked for Moong laddu which is not available that’s fine .. so I think to have something in snacks so my mom told me that we can have paneer roll over there so I ordered but I asked with cashier that 500rs change is available or not so he said yes it’s available but there is staff named called ARINDAM he don’t know the courtesy.. He argue with my mom continuously that we don’t have change and shouting in the counter but I already asked with the cashier about the change how he dare to misbehave in the shop.. we just walk out from banchharam without having anything overthere .. Is this is your reputed service .... your staff quality is sooo pathetic .. don’t wanna go again .. suggest everyone in my group not to go in Banchharam’s... DISSATISFIED And DISAPPOINTED

Neat , reasonable pricing and good food.

Today I have ordered luchi cholardal through Swiggy and I am so so disappointed with the food I have received. Luchis are cold and extreme hard, it gives me a feeling of papad instead of luchi. Cholardal is also cold and less tasteful and extreme less in quantity. As I have order early morning, i was expected the food must be fresh and hot. But it is really beyond my expectation from a brand like Bsncharam.

I liked the variety of sweets here and not only sweets they have nice collection in bakery items.Have comfortable seats for customer and enough space for parking.One more thing this place is very neat and clean.

One of the best place for an authentic bengali breakfast or sweets . I just love their combo of luchi and cholar dal at a price of Rs40 they provide 4 pc of luchi and unlimited cholar dal which tastes awesome and just like you are having luchi and cholar dal on sundays in any house of bengal . The atmosphere is ver well planned it will definitely give you a feeling of an authentic bengali place . I wish I could taste their khichuri thali but yet I havent tasted that but will taste that soon .

I purchased vegetable chop on 9th August but they give me the old vegetable chop that was teastness. Now banchhram ruby has started selling the old products also so avoid this branch to purchase.

Banchharam is a big name in Sweets and Snacks section; and no doubt their quality of sweets and snacks worth the name. Kasba outlet is good enough.I had tried their-Singara(Recommended),Vegetable Chop& two sweets,among them the sandesh was really good( I dont know the name of the sweets).

This shop is opened few months back in this are .2 Bancharam shops are in the same location opposite to the main road .Different kind of sweets ,snacks ,fries,tiffins are available .Namkeen ,few baked items ,Radha all about with potato curry is available sometimes as well.Few products may look little over priced considering the taste while few are OK.
