I was specially impressed with the high quality service provided by Mr. Raju. He was just exceptional.Although I stay near science city but still I would go to this store for my next purchase and recommend others to buy from there.

I had gone to this store last month to get my new lenses fitted in the frame I purchased at this store. I specifically told the store manager that I have been wearing lenses that have a wide range of view and this was my most important requirement in a new lens. He assured me that the Rodenstock lenses they sell have a wide range of view. Complete lie!The Rodenstock lenses have the narrowest range of vision you can imagine! Both in the sideways range as well as the vertical range. This is a HUGE issue with reading. Unless you are aligned exactly with the word that you are reading, the text looks blurry.I have two reviews really - firstly the Rodenstock lenses(the blue whatever) are garbage for reading and secondly the store staff are dishonest and misrepresent things to the customer just so that they can make a sale.My advice - steer clear of this store and these lenses.

Good quality lenses with reasonable price. Large variety of contemporary frames. Salesperson were courteous and professional. Ownership cost of a spectacle is as good as a local vendor but the product is purely world class with impeccable finish. Overall A great experience. Highly recommended to buy spectacles from lenscart.

I had a pretty good experience from them until my last visit today. I took my grandmother to the store to get a pair of bifocals. She prefers glass lenses to fiber ones. Since lenskart only sells fiber glasses(I didnt know this during the visit) , they very confidently said that the ones she already owned were made of fiber without a shadow of a doubt. One of them even said that he was an optometrist. Upon taking it to other shops it was confirmed that it indeed was 100% glass. I didnt expect Lenskart to resort to such cheap tactics/have such incompetent staff to sell their products.
