Quite Decent was the makeover of place...KFC in price is a bit expensive though their products have been been degraded in quality and taste...Still I am hoping to come back and have burgers once again... As they are a bit cheaper than other menu items^^I am not surprised over behaviour of staff as they out of smile and have only orders in their mind...Pls have a visit There and whenever you go there tell them to smile...

The food counter is in the ground floor and the sitting place is in the 1st floor. So, you have to carry your ordered food by yourself to upstairs through a very narrow stairway. Unprofessional people at the counter; while 5 people are at the counter, 1 is attending and the rest do not bother to take orders of others if this one gets busy.Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.2. I ordered 2 classic zinger bread and 1 chicken strips bucket; the bread bun was stale, the chicken was cold; they didnt even bother to heat it up.If they are serving stale least they could do is heat it up for people to make it edible.Worst branch of KFC ever!Never gonna step again in branch of KFC (or KFC altogether) thats for sure.

Crispy means crispy. Food are awesome.But only drawback here that you have to order your food by your self & no one has deliver your food to your sitting place. That means you are the one who deliver your food by your self. Quite notty naBut food are awesome bcz all know the name of KFC right

We ordered burger for 89 rupees, we were given cold burgers, staffs here are unwilling to work. This place remains empty and you can avoid this place safely.UPDATE: they called me up and provided me the same ordered items at no extra cost, that is really good of them.

Probably the worst food I had in years that too from KFC. Very disappointed to find that the crispy chicken was anything but crispy and the chicken was bland and lacked the juiciness I was so fond of from KFC. Cheats running this franchise. It is a recently opened but good outlet of KFC. The interiors are quite nice and its also very spacious. However, it is self service and food needs to be carried upstairs. This is a drawback that I found.

A convenient place situated right beside D. H. Road, at shakherbazar, Comfortable ambience, dishes need to be self serviced. But during this covid situation, there were combos and items that they were not serving, for example krushers, and the rest other zinger combo and etc. Can only get the buckets and in drinks only plain coke sprite or virjin mojito is available.

KFC is one of my go-to places for light munching and hanging out. My favourites will be the classic zinger burger, Hot and crispy chicken, chicken strips. The friendship bucket is a good choice.

The customer management is worst. I went in to take Wednesday offer and asked the counter person for the details of the same. She just pointer on the display and said that are the offers see it. After deciding what to order the counter fellow was gone few more at back were giggling. I asked to take order and they said plz goto next counter. The outlet is far below standard than any other I have seen, its not kept clean also. Better order from nominal places.

My experience from your outlet is horrible, yesterday evening I took away certain items from your shop at about 0800pm. Costing approximately. 700Rs. To my surprise we found the chicken items were unhygienic ( maybe , prepared a day before). I never expected such from such a thing from you atleast. Both of us suffered stomach disorder.

KFC is quite well known and it is the only kfc nearby. The have a nice ambience and the items served are great. But the kusher wasnt good the first time we visited there. And now they they are not serving the kusher or the combo boxes. It is easy accessible as its just by the main road.

A much needed restaurant in the Behala or the area near thakurpukur. Nothing to say about the taste and the quality of food in KFC. The ambience and decor is really good and they are well maintained even. The kitchen tour is also what you can see. The kitchen is really clean. Theres parking in front gate, so you can easily park your two wheels.

The place is located very close to the Sakherbajaar crossing and is easy to spot from the Diamond Harbor Road. The staff present is courteous and helpful. You can also customize combos as the staff helps you out. The dining space is in the second floor with many tables to sit and distance is maintained mostly. Ideal place for a short hangout.

Went here post covid19 pandemic changed the way of our dining...They followed all the basic requirements right from temp checking to sanitizing to even making some tweaks in their sitting layout...All the employees were wearing headgear i.e. cloth cap and gloves...Also they have now stopped providing any tray with meal box or bucket...Also there is a tweak in the menu...they have stopped providing the smoothies instead they have come up with desserts...We tried both of them...one was choco mud pie and the other one was mocha cake...it was amazing 😍Apart from that we took the regular zinger meal box...

I am giving less rating for Shakerbazar store. Otherwise I very much like KFC. What I feel, this sakherbazar Joint is not maintaining the standard taste and quality which maintains other store. They always give salt more. The size of leg piece of smoky chicken is also small. I have compared this after eating alternate day the same item from two locations.

The grilled chicken was a bit different than the other KFC joints. It didnt have that fiery red sauce over it. Anyways the food was definitely finger-lickin. The place is very spacious with good staff.

Had a horrific experience at this KFC outlet. Yesterday, I checked in at this outlet, ordered food but when I checked my order for mingle bucket I found that they served less quantity of chicken than they offered on display. My vigrin mojito drink glass was half filled. My rice bowl had no chicken. When I complained instead of correcting his mistake the delivery guy at counter, and one of his colleague started arguing with me. His excuse, drink was half filled because he forgot to add ice cubes. At last I decided not to order food or visit KFC again in future.

Its a nice store but it is very crowded at weekend you have to wait for a Long time for your food. The food quality is good just like the other store. But i dont prefer anyone to go there on weekends as its gets chowed there.

The food quality is detoriated, I have ordered for Chizza, french fries and crispy chicken and cold drinks. Service and everything was good but I didnt enjoy the taste as compared to my last visit. The food was just lukewarm hot and taste less and the French fries were not even crispy. The Chizza was also the same, the cheese was not properly melted, lacked taste and crispyness. Obviously this time the taste was NOT FINGER LICKING
