Nice collections! Friendly sales person

This is one of the big showroom of world of titan..their collection of watches and eye wears are very good.But if you want discounts on baranded watches then you have to visit Radha bajar, a big watch market.

Ive had pathetic experiences every time I have visited this store. I had bought a Reflex Beat 2.0 from this shop and I had to replace the watch 6 times within a year. Well thats not their fault, thats Titans problem but their problem is their service. It is so slow, they take triple the time than usual to act on something and their responses are nothing close to professional. Their service center and customer billing team sits in the same store but they have absolute zero communication between them. People from service call up to come to the store saying the product will be replaced and when I go the store Im being told the product is not available. This has happened twice. Today they called me up and confirmed the replacement is available too, I went to the store and returned after more than an hour without the replacement, because they had internal problem with billing and their consultant person is not picking up the call!

Collection of watches and accessories at this outlet is really good. Staffs are also well behaved and polite.

It was not really a planned visit to their store. My moms watch suddenly started malfunctioning. I just made a phn call and been there to get the problem solved. They really did there job within a few minutes. I loved the quality of the service and the customer centric behaviour they showed towards me.

They sold scratch watch to me( I didnt notice as the scratch as it was in the edge of the watch) and when I told to exchange the product on next day, they just denied with rude behaviour.

This showroom has a great collection of Titan watch, Titan spectacles. Behaviour of the shop attendents are so good. They assist with customers requirements.

Good collection of frames, watches and perfumes. I have tried using a pair of titan lens for my specs. Honestly, I am not happy with their lens quality.There is some precision issue with it. Instead, I would recommend people to go for other brands like crizal, seiko or carl zeiss while selevting lenses.But the good thing is, the staff there were very responsible and supportive about it.

Service was good.

They sold me a old model of Kenneth Cole automatic watch by convincing me as new model. The watch is not running after follow all the procedure. Called them for help and also call toll free number but no response from them. Worst service by Titan and the dealer. Not happy with the sales person who sell old model by saying new model.

Great collection..ranging from low to high....great customer service

Impressed with the helpful staff and wide range of products to choose from.One can find products ranging from a very low budget to a very high range as well.I had also gone for a watch band replacement, and it was instant. Pricing is reasonable too.Loyalty bonuses as available.

Staff demanded a positive review. And when I pointed out that one cannot demand such a thing, said there was pressure from above. One particular gentleman at the billing counter was insistent that I give them five stars. He insisted he was in the right in demanding 5 stars. So now we know how they get ratings!!! As you can see, the owner wants to connect with me with a hackneyed form...this is how they treat retail customers. The idea is to change this apathy and work culture. I shall not waste more time on this review. The arrogance of it all!!!

Good and efficient service on the watch section, leaves a little more to be desired in the optics section. Disappointed with their optics stock, especially external brands like Ray Ban. Also about the watches - Titan is surprisingly still missing out on the Smart Watch run. I dont think you can beat a classic watch, but they dont sell in huge numbers, do they? On the other hand, I believe more and more people are now ready to spend in the ballpark of a classic watch, but expect a different feature set, usability and practicality than the classic watches. Personally I dont want to be seen around in a classic on my regular days, but I would love to use a smart watch at work.

Right, I visited this show room to buy special edition of wrists watch with কলিকাতা, হাওড়া ব্রিজ ভিক্টোরিয়া মেমোরিয়াল and দক্ষিণেশ্বর কালী মন্দির embossed on the dial. After vacillating for a while I consulted my better half and opted for a gentlemans and a ladys wrist watch. The story could have been nicely finished there. But after a few weeks Titan announced a flat 20% discount on all watches on a Saturday. One of my colleagues got a bargain deal with additional 15% of employees discount. Thats the twist in a tale.

The staff here are very good and professional. The service is also good. But the service charge of Rs.100+GST(excluding battery cost) for just replacing a battery is bit too high. Overall it is a nice place to buy watches and spectacles and you will be satisfied with your purchase. But if you want to obtain after sales service of your out of warranty products then be prepared to pay a premium for the service.

I have purchased 2 no wrist watch from Titan Kankurgachi showroom.Ms Monolisha Roy sales girl is extremely energetic and have excellent selling attitude. She has the good behaviour. Got salesman ship spirit. In fact I was not ready to buy the watch but she convinced me to buy product.I wish her success in her career.Thanks.

There are a lot of varieties of watched of different brands like titan, sonata, fastrack etc. To be bought. There is also a facility to have a free eye check-up and the staffs are also well behaved. Pretty descent pace to visit for buying branded watches and repairing them.

Loving to buy Titan products..

I purchased my Titan watch when I got married. Then after, my golden titan, analogue watch for my son, perfume and so many watches for gift purpose. So its a long twenty years relationship. All the sales executives, manager are so efficient and well behaved.

This Titan showroom is better than other showroom in terms of collection and ambience here is fantastic. The place is well maintained and staffs are courteous with good knowledge regarding customer choice. Got a watch from this store for my birthday.

This watch showrooms collection is really good. People can gifted watch or they can buy for themselves too. You can get any kind of watch like couple watch to fancy watch.

I visited on July 13th 2019, first except Bengali, the executives does not know any other language and I was not understanding anything. Executives were convincing us by saying the watch that I selected was outdated design . If it was outdated, why it is required in world of titan ? It must be thrown out .Very Disappointed and would not suggest to visit .Thanks .

Prompt and excellent service. Good stock of watches of almost all Titan ranges. They also have service centre which is open even on Sundays.

You can find various Titan models of the same watch. But less number of Fast Track models are available.

We had a very poor experience on yesterday (28/01/2019). The behaviors of the sell staff was very poor, especially the ladies sell staff. The service center of this shop is not good, since I had a very bad experience with their service also. Last year (2018) during February month, my fastrack watch not worked properly, therefore I went this shop for servicing. They carefully checked my watch and told me that sorry sir, we could not find the proper solution for this watch, we want 2 weeks time and 950 INR to fixed this. I repeatedly told them that, did you check the battery, they told me, yes sir we carefully checked the all parts along with battery. Therefore, I have brought 50 INR battery from the local watch shop and my watch worked properly. So be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not good..... when you go for window shopping, they offer 10% discount but when they know that we are there to buy and ask for the discount, they say its not there now. Just Gimic.

Well organized and beautiful showroom. The salespersons are cordial and varieties of watches made by Titan are available, including latest models. The main advantage is a service centre. Many trained persons are available and they provide the estimated cost after inspection almost immediately. The timeliness and quality of work is excellent. Located in front of ESI hospital, Manicktala on VIP road, almost midway between Ultadanga and Kankurgachi. Extremely well connected.

About titan nothing to say. I love that brand. But there attand are so busy that some times you will feel ignorent.

The shop has good collection . Though the range is on the higher side but it is justifiable. Also the sales persons service ia excellent

Staff are good except service center staff.Today i have gone this place and i asked to service center staff for repair my watch .after that service center staff took my watch and asked me to wait for a while.After 5 minutes he asked me to paid 500 rupees.I asked him why he did not informed about the charges before proceeding.Actually he have done nothing.He said that he one part is replaced by new one.But i marked he have not replaced.So i request every one dont go to the service center established inside the titan world at ultadanga
