Vey wrost experience . They sell old product and due according to them there is no defect in Product so no replacement / refund process is There... MAMONI TEXTILES way of communication regarding this issue is very bad. Most unethical seller.Here is no reply option so i have to Edit and re- post it... Rather solving dispute they give direction to customer to follow their Words and by giving direction they try to prove that there is no fault from their part.

Professional behaviour is very poor. As they are wholesalers, dont go there to get your choiceful outfit, because they will not cooperate. You can see the collection by yourself and if you want to take something after trial and finds any problem, they will force you to take the one you tried. So, if you want to take anything which best fits you, then go to another place but not here.

Poor collection and size are not available as per collection .Behaviour of shopkeepers are very bad.And this is my personal experience.My expectation was very high when I visit the shop and I am going from Howrah,for buying 3 punjabi and 1 serwani also.But shopkeepers behaviour let down us and I bought only 1 punjabi and came back home..
