Had a bad experience in the titan care section. The representative is rude.. doesnt listen to the customer and is very obstinate. Got the work done from a different titan store without the slightest problem.

Its a company store, displaying a large variety of watches and also providing a dedicated service center to cater all the care, your prized possession needs.

Courteous staff , cool ambience nice place to repair your Titan or Fast-track watches or for that matter buy a brand new one . They have a good collection of imported watches as well ,so pick your choice. Just one drawback a few more chairs or sofa would have been better for people with tired legs or back troubles.

Despite a big collection, I didnt get exactly what I was looking for. Had to settle for a second choice.

A humungous TITAN Watch store. Its again a favourite brand store of mine, belonging to the TATA group. Having maximum Watch brands under one roof.

The showroom is quite big with decent variation of collections of premium watches. Would love to see other brands like Certina, Mido, Edox etc. Location is also extremely good, at a very renowned and posh area. Probably its the biggest Titan/Helios showroom in entire eastern region.My only reason of 3-star is because of the unprofessional behavior of a service staff over there. In the service center over there, the male attendant is quite rude in his behaviour. I bought a premium Seiko timepiece in past 10 days which ran into an issue for which I had to hand over the timepiece to them to get it serviced, got to know that the SLA to fix is 45 days!! This much was fine with me. However, when I asked the attendant to be extra cautious about packaging of the watch since it was brand new premium segment and I havent started using it, he in-turn tried to find out miniscule scratches and started saying that the watch was already having 2-3 scratches. However, since it was sitting in the watch box during entire time of 10 days under my possession, there was no question of it getting scratched unless it was already there before being bought. My point to him was that there shouldnt be any unwanted dents or visible scratches and I wanted him to make a note on that as its a brand new with no usage marks. To that he was not agreeing and started saying that cannot be ensured and he cant put a note like that bla bla. I found this to be frustrating and very much annoying and disturbing behavior. Hope I get my Seiko timepiece back in sound condition.

This store is known for its professionalism and it is continuing in these pandemic times. Every person entering the store is going through thermal.check and getting their hands sanitized. Stock as usual is very impressive and the store attendants are quite collaborative. As such the location is also pretty strategic and happening.

Be careful. I purchased a watch costing around Rs. 11000.00 during diwali. Within three days it was giving problem. They told they will change it with another her one. But when visited on 13th December, they sold a watch which was almost double the cost. But they refused to give any discount now saying that now diwali discount is over. Isnt is a breach of trust?? Even reputed companies now ignore ethics. Suggest to be very cautious.

Watch collection is just awesome here. One will find multiple brands (casio isnt there) and each brands have adequate no. of watches to choose from.I went and bought a watch from titan octanes collection. Luckily got 20% discount on that day. And if you work in any of the TATAs company then you will get 5% discount on the MRP, provided you have the id card with you.

I have been buying watches from here for the last 5years .......the slaes personnel are very customer friendly and moreover they will help you choose but are absolutely non interfering.....their after sales service is also very good

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BY RAJ RAJAK!!Complaint has been lodged against him.The store manager named Raj Rajak along with employees named SM Areef & Dileep Das is so incompetent that he took around 90 mins to generate a simple receipt for a service of the watch purchased less than a year ago!!The in store manager is a total fraud and provided all incorrect information and TAT.I found other customers complaining, too about the service of the watch.Sharing the receipt eventually provided with all incorrect information. From my email to phone to the issue. They cleverly mentioned that my watch has scratches whereas its not true!!Severe complaint about the store and other employee has been lodged with Titan and one at the local police station is underway!Avoid the store at all cost.

Its the only store in Kolkata, located at PARK STREET. Not too big store, has some good collection for premium brands, attendent at the store has knowledge on the products and guided us based on our interest, Cons- not more than 25 watches / Brand (Max).

They need to upgrade their service staff.

Been there to purchase the watch of my choice . Was amazed to see the varied collection of watches and the brands available. Definitely one of the places to visit if someone is planning to buy a watch offline . The collections are brilliant in comparison to other watch shoppe .

The store ambience is good. Staffs are helpful. Am doubtful about the servicing department. They wont able to track the problem with my crono watch properly.

The site is quite huge and impressive. I had a bad experience with the guy who was assisting us. We were strict on a budget and he would show us watches double the price. He would also drag us to to watches he would get commission of. Overall a bad experience, was determined to get a watch for myself atleast but had to return empty handed.

It is the premium watch store of Titan in Kolkata. It is located on Park Street at the junction of Park Street & Camac Street. It is opposite to Allen Park.Beside selling watches they also provide with repairing & servicing of watches. The showroom is big & well maintained. The air conditioning is cool. The store is well connected through road.

Almost watches of all budgets are available. They also offer seasonal discounts in watch servicing counter.

Have a good range, but too pricey. During discount offers, they are available on limited nos. Which are quite few . Staff are good but lack business attitude and understanding of customers.

Definitely the only place in kolkata that has a wide variety of foreign brand of watches. Basically a perfect global watch store. Right diagonally opposite to barbeque nation of park street. A watch lovers paradise itself. Variety of foreign brands ranging from 5000 INR to 100000+ INR! Courteous stuff as well!
