The watch mechanics here cant tackle adjustment issue of a pristine skagen wrist watch. Rather than tackling the issue, they told that this much adjustment issue occurs in each and every other watch.

This is a company outlet offering genuine fossil watches. Well behaved staff and a good collection of watches. I bought an authentic watch band for my fossil hybrid smartwatch which I couldnt find elsewhere.

I happened to visit this store on a weekday to fix one of the watches I bought online for my brother and ended up buying a new watch for myself! The store is very well organized which compelled me to stay back and loiter around while the watch was getting fixed. One of the staff members, Riya (if I am not wrong) was one of the key factors behind my purchase 🙈. She is very lively and helped me try the watches in display and ensured I find a watch within my budget. She also explained everything about the warranty and how to get the Swarovski crystals fixed in case of any issue, which I was unaware of. My brothers watch got perfectly fixed so hats off to the technician as well. I had a wonderful experience at the store. Hoping to come back again!

Quick and easy to deal with Fossil sales and service is so smooth , my watch was having some issues , they fixed my issue and meanwhile showed me a smartwatch which I bought , special thanks to Vivek (service manager for dealing with me so wonderfully ) . Id heard good things about Fossil Store located at South City Mall so I decided to give it a try to see their collection of latest smart watches , I travelled 20 km just because of their good reviews , as a customer we always want a good service which creates a wow factor . I scheduled my visit calling store and Mr Vivek Kumar connected with me over phone the conversation was totally mind blowing and I wanted to visit at earliest .The experience was easy and I was able to get the latest watch with all smart features loaded I wanted a help with my old watch , vivek got it serviced and trust me the watch was polished it started looking like a new watch with the help of the service staff. The watch mechanics here are unable to solve calibration problem of a brand new skagen wrist watch. Instead of solving the problem, they told that this much calibration problem happens in every other watch.

Overall bad customer experience. Incorrect assessment of the issue to repair the watch. Did not accept card or UPI. Additionally, had to wait 15mins to get a receipt.

I visited this store yesterday for purchasing Fossil Sport Smartwatch. The behavior of the store staff is excellent. They explained me all the features of the watch properly. Totally satisfied with their service. Although it would have been better if I would have really received my purchase bill through email also as promised by the store staff because the hard copy generally fades over time.
