Amazing place so large collection and this is very nice and main point is they have everything according to your budget staff are so kind plz visit here once and try u will definitely take a piece and m a regular client of citrine and I have personally observed after visiting few times

The store and collection is good. But getting the right fitting in the store is a task. I had to go three times to the store for one outfit, and even then the stitching and fitting of the outfit is odd. No point in having such a nice store when the fitting is so bad

Visited the store today. The staff was very rude. Didn’t want to attend or help me find a proper outfit. Simply said “yaha pe laga hua hai jo hai aap browse kar lijiye” and walked off. Never coming back here.

I had the worst experience shopping at this store and would not recommend it to anyone. I had ordered 2 pieces, and when I finally got them after an undue delay, both were incredibly loose. I had placed an order for a new piece that was to be stitched, but they gave me an altered version of the trial piece, and even that fit horribly. In fact, they refused to accept that it was the trial piece, but one could easily tell that it was the trial piece, because that was a ‘Large’, and I had placed an order for a ‘Medium’. When I asked them why they gave me the ‘Large’, they had no answer. After arguing a lot, they agreed to cancel the order for the piece and issue a refund. Coming to the 2nd piece, the blouse was incredibly loose for me and the pants fit fine. I asked them to alter the blouse, and not touch the pants at all. They altered the pants too, to a size that it did not even fit me. They had to alter it again which completely ruined the finishing of the product. Only because I had no alternative to the outfit, I had to just accept the final version they gave me.What irked me the most was the fact that they were just not willing to assume any responsibility, and the Manager on several occasions spoke to me as if I was lying about the products. When I asked them to get me in touch with their owner, they straight up refused. Later they informed me that the owner would call me, after which I followed up with them multiple times, and till date the owner hasn’t given me a call.I am truly disappointed in them and their behaviour, and just wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Extremely non-cooperating designer and owner. Good staff Radhika and Noori but with no rights or power so not fully satisfied with the store. Good collection but extremely over priced with 10-15k difference.

Will definitely not recommend this store for any purchase. The staff is annoyingly intimidating and rude. They will only allow trial of 4 pieces and make a decision because of coronavirus which is illogical. If you are that scared of corona, might as well close the store till all is normal. How can you try 4-5 peices and make a decision on designer wear which are so expensive. And that is not even all. They will never deliver on time. Their fittings are horrible. We purchased a dress and the blouse was stitched through the zip. They have no consideration for the measurements which I think other customers also had complained about while we were there. And you will have to call them multiple times to get an update on the status of your clothes but they never call back. The staff has frustrated me to such a level, that I actually had to put out a review on google. Please buy from anywhere but this place. And if you want to literally have to beg for your clothes even on the date that they gave you, then you can buy from here. The owner will also try to intimidate you when you complain to them. Very frustrating experience, almost made me cry.

This was my very first visit to the store and I am totally and completely satisfied! The fit was great and so are the prices. I will definitely return again and again...

I got a pre draped shimmer sari from them. The quality was superb and the design was very chic! A proper head turner outfit. The staff behaviour is SO GOOD and they take responsibility to deliver and get things fitted to perfection.Their range is excellent price and design wise. They also have a designer western wear store above! So it’s a one stop shop for Indian and western designer wear in Kol. Highly recommend!!!!

We had been following the Citrine page for quite sometime now, lately they had posted some pics of sarees, and we got quite interested, their sales team was very quick in responding, and immediately got me on whatsapp video call, I was assisted by Radhika, she not only helped me with showing me the available stuff but also helped us with selections too and her suggestions were perfect, they even did a lockdown delivery for me, and was communicating with me throughout. Excellent service. The owner of Citrine Ms Tavishi Kanoria, is also another superstar. Very happy with their service, stuff and everything else! I/m surely coming back for more! Keep up the fantastic work! :)

Best collection and best staff

Hated the staff. Very rude staff! Walked in at 6 55, staff said you can look at the products but cant try it as they needed to close at sharp 7. If you guys dont allow trial ,might as well not allow entry! The staff couldnt wait even for a few minutes ,because they were in a hurry to leave on time.

Further down the big petrol pump towards park circus crossing, this boutique is on the 2nd floor of Uniworth centre.They have a nice and varied collection of indian and western along with accessories like jewellery and shoes.A lil heavy on the pocket thoughThey are quite active on instagram so you can check out their collection before visiting.

I would like to share my extremely sad experience with Citrine - The Multi Designer Store, Kolkata I purchased 2 outfits on 13th Sept and paid full amount. I was told they will take a month to deliver and I was fine with it. One outfit was to be made new and the other altered.On enquiring after a month, I was told my order is delayed due to Dussehra. I was still ok with it. I was promised that I will be given a call(which I did not). I visited the store on 22nd October. Both my outfits needed alterations. Again an excuse that the owner is going out,so all tailors are busy. Again a promise broken. My outfits were finally delivered on 27th October (both again needed alterations) .I had lost my patience and blasted the sales girl and when my mom visited the store today they had the audacity to say that if we dont trust them,then we should not visit them. The outfit is still with them. I sincerely request everyone to think twice before making any purchase. Very disappointed with the behaviour and customer service. I cant believe how they can take things so casually. No respect for their own words . No respect for the customer and pathetic service
