One of the few shops in Kolkata which is properly stocked and having good variety. The staff are very helpful and shopping here is very good experience. The owners are known to me and they are thorough Gentlemen. In a nutshell its an amazing experience.

Excellent variety and very gentle behavior of staffs. They have recently started a grocery store too adjacent to the paper store. I searched for a ball for my little child. They consulted within them several times and gave me about five options! Really appreciate this attitude of selling! Keep it up!

Very nice place. Found two very rare books there - Tales from the Secret Annexe by Anne Frank, and To Sir With Love by E R Braithwaite. I also got a 10% discount! So happy! Medium collection of books, but good collection of school stationeries. I was looking for Amartya Sens ফার্স্ট বয়দের দেশ by Ananda Publishers, it was not available.

The employees are dumb, rude and illiterate. I went to buy a streched canvas on wooden frame instead they showed me canvas boards and claimed such object does not exist. I had to open Amazon and show them a picture which the two old men beheld in awe and then only they could admit they dont have it.Again, the previous day i went to buy Bravely Fought the Queen by Mahesh Dattani, as usual, they never heard of that either.

The lady in the pen section is extremely unprofessional, she has to learn to deal with customers. My new Parker pen stop writing in the second day, on making a complain she said we have nothing to do with it, though the parker pen gives manufacturing guaranty for defect.
