Hi,Brother of SUMIT PAULWell in that case let me provide you with some evidences...Firstly, if I would have not booked a slot for 20th May 2021, on 19th of May 2021, then how come your employee came in our residence to collect the respective blood samples?Secondly, how its possible on the same day i.e. when your employee came and collected the samples and then asked me to pay the bill amout, I paid the bill amount instantly to him on the date 20th May 2020 using the respective QR code provided by your employee.And finally I also have the generated invoice after the successful completion of payment.So, basically what you are saying is without booking a day prior you guys already knew that you will be coming to my residence and collecting the samples on 20th May 2021...I believe thats not possible without any prior information.For your better clarification, my Order Id is OIDR210519125348885772 with the patients name as AMALA PAUL. Please go through your records. And from future dont give any nonsense replies to any reviews that If you have booked online then its totally in control of LalPathLabs Head Office....you cant even imagine how much worthless and shameless it sounds...?And one more thing if your diagonistic centre dont have any connection with the LalPathLabs Head Office.....then why you are running your diagnostic centre with there name....they should have provided you with the information that a sample of this patient is to be collected the next day at this time, so and so...shame on you and your diagonistic centre who are failing to keep the worth of the trust that the patients have on LalPathLabs...you better try to keep the records properly updated and focus more on your punctuality.And if my this complain is not sufficient then I will be more than happy to come to your particular location please share your address here itself.

19.5.21 i was booked a slot between 8.30 to 9.00 a.m. on 20.5.21 for Home collection.but in this app autometically they changed the slot between 9.30 to 10.00 a.m.this is kidding or what with the patient.my mother was ate 12 hours before beacuse of blood collection but they are very casual about this.if something wrong happen with my mother you are responsible dr. Lal pathlab. Its worst service ever.kindly do your job properly and dont cheated the customers or patients like that.

They dont respond to calls and seems like not intrested.
