We bought our 1st car from here. Showroom representatives are well behaved and helpful. But other things are average as its a nexa showroom so we were expecting a premium service ,thats it.

The staff members are too busy or they dont care..it took me 1 hour to just get the correct person to assist.

Very very bad service. They will give u lots of commitment but in reality they will not fulfil that. For a simple test drive they have taken 5hrs and they dont have any value for your time. They told me to wait 30mins-1hr for a test drive because their cars are not available but after 5hrs also they were saying that no cars are available for test drive for baleno. Worthless, please visit other centers in Kolkata.

The dealership is good with good sales person. They have good knowledge about the cars and are very helpful.

Recently i booked my Baleno car from OSL nexa with Booking no- SOB21000150. The experience was so awful that i had to cancel my booking and book the same car from other showroom of Maruti. The people around are so naïve that they will push you for private banks and not even will let you know the offerings from public bank. Then they take excuse that the missed out telling the rates of nationalised banks. They will rotate you with high rates and with discounts saying i will give it from my commission and all. even after cancellation they have returned my money by deducting 500 saying its charge from maruti after 10 days saying they forgot to tell me that my cheque was ready with accounts. such a cheaters.My suggestion always ask for net rates irrespective of where you are financing it.

Most horrible experiences. Couldnt deliver the Car within the time they said. Had to return without taking the delivery. Plenty of Excuses.Dont repeat the mistake made by us. Avoid this dealer.

Sarbendu Dutta, provided excellent sales service from day 1. My father purchased an Alto on 18th and was very much delighted and Happy with the process followed overall by the staff! Kudos and 5 stars from my side!

Showroom staffs are very well behaved till the time car is sold. Actual agony starts once the customer reaches the service centres. OSL has changed the definition of customer service. I came to the service centre for 3rd servicing of my car and found that there is nothing called premium although Maruti is calling it NEXA. There is no coordination between the staffs. Got servicing call thrice with no results, washing unit gets faulty almost all the time and customers have to wait infinity hours. The sequence of the washing is based on how senior you are and what rappot the supervisor has with the guys. Entire system is mess. I went there on 19th Sep20 at 11:30 and waited till 6pm to get the car delivered. There was hardly any defect in the car and you can imagine if it took 7 hours to only change mobil, air filter of the car then how much harrasment is done for critical works. I have got worse experience since I came to this service centre. Would request MARUTI management to look into this seriously as only because of these kind of service centres brand value is going down. Talking about the waiting room, customers have to wait there extreme hot condition as the AC dont work. As a whole, service is worse. However the supervisor Mr. Nikhilesh was very well behaved.

This showroom is located opposite to Big bazaar. We purchased our second car from here. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

A good dealer... With professional sales guys

The price division of cars is misleading, also the prices are comparatively high. Staffs coordination is very poor and where the buyer staying more than half an hour generally for discussion there are no toilet for use of the buyers. Representatives knowledge of psychology to deal with customers is not satisfactory.

Very well behaved, one of good nexa showroom though I hvnt bought car from this showroom due to preference over another brand...but they r really good reliable nexa dealer in city where u can expect a good deal.

During the purchase of car plz be cautious on the price as quoted.Take confirmation mail . Avoid unnecessary accessories. People get confused at the time of purchase due to family pressure.

Showroom looks good but their staffs are not well trained as well as they lacks commitment.I personally have faced lot of trouble during purchasing a new car and they deliberately make customer wait to get the new car.I just want to say before purchasing a car their behaviour is different and after booking and making payment you will get to see another side of them. I strongly Do Not recommend them.

The staff is friendly till the time you havent paid /made the full transaction . But after entire payment they will forget you in 60s . You will have to call a 1000 times to get information and they will try to lul you by paying before so that you dont get the upcoming offers . Do not fall in their trap , had an extremely awful experience .

A very good and a professional auto dealership. Right from the inception of the visit to the showroom till the delivery of the vehicle, the courtesy of the salesman was very prompt and thorough. The salesman, Mr. Subhankar was very clear about the car and right till delivery, extended full support and help towards any query raised by us. Although, we didnt get the desired car color, but we were very satisfied with the overall deal done with them.

My experience in buying a Ciaz Smart Delta Hybrid Car is poor.Right from the day of delivery, I found the staff most non co-operative. I bought the car on 25th Oct 2019, and till date I have not received a free Ganesh idol and the smart card despite several follow ups. Hope the Show room Management and Quality lady with whom I spoke on several occasions should take cognizance,My earlier experiences of buying cars from Honda /Nissan Showrooms had been very pleasant.I

We were received warmly and guided through the whole process of buying a new car (Baleno) smoothly and cordially. The person who helped us with all this was exceptionally cordial,helpful and professional. The rest of the staff were very welcoming as well. Would definitely recommend.

We got a new car from this showroom and had a wonderful experience. They had organized a little ceremony while handing over the car. They presented us with a bouquet of flowers, chocolates and cut a cake. Staff were very friendly.

The attitude of the staff was so wrong...In the first visit he was like we can negotiate on the prices when we sit. Nd when we sat he had a completely different attitude..he was like we dont have the cars in stock..we can arrange in..nd the addnl discount given by him was only 5k for a car which was worth 11 lakhs. I would highly recommend everyone to visit a diff Nexa store for a better experience...

Terrific and nightmare experience... They will not answer your queries or pick up your call after your visit but twice daily different person will call you to buy the car. Even GM of showroom will justify it stating routine job of telecallers. Ultimately I had to complained at Maruti and booked my car through different Nexa dealer.

Poor service, they are good till you buy a car, on the date of delivery things change badly, vey uncooperative staffs, arguing and ignoring your requests. utterly disappointed and would suggest everyone not to buy from them.

OSL Nexa Showroom is very good

This Nexa showroom is located on VIP road , and easily visible. Staff are quite courteous. Some of the salesman do try to push sell accessories. None of the accessories are compulsory.

Possibly the worst service that you can expect while buying a car.I booked a Baleno Alpha and am still waiting the delivery , even though the complete payment has been done.Every time I call them, they tell me the same story that the registration of the car is pending with the Motor Vehicles department and they cannot expeditie the process.My car was supposed to be delivered yesterday (7th Jan 2018) but I have been hearing the same story regarding my cars registration from 2nd December 2017 onwards.

These people dont care if the customer are harassed.I was put on hold with for more than 4months and no one bothered to update me.. Once you have booked the car they are least bothered about there customer.. horrible service and behaviour of the showroom agents.. they are least responsible
