Worst experience ever. I bought rtr 200 4v from this showroom . the accounts in charges behavior is so poor & bad .but finance department behavior is so good .

This is the worst showroom staff and manager i ever visited. The staffs and the lady (probably manager) behavior was very rough. Please no one should not visit this store very bad behaviour of staff they didnt response to customer even they didnt know how to sell and how to greed a customer. They even dont know how to talk with a customer. They didnt even ask you for water or even for a seat. Disgusting. 😑😑😑

Limited options available, staffs are not well trained, the manager is rude. They dont have any idea of customer service and satisfaction. Staff will not properly describe you about the features.The staffs in the service center are good and well behaved.

Very very very bad experience for me. I purchased ntorq from here, the didnt organise any key handover ceremony. later from #TVS i received a call about this, and from him i came to know that. the sales executive are good for nothing, manager was so arrogant, the services center manager one of the third class, he always try to misbehave with lady coustomer. The showroom is for only sale, after sale they dont provide any service. Very very bad behaviour by maximum of there stuff.

I visited the showroom on 23rd June,2021 to purchase Jupiter for my father. We were the first customer around 10.30 a.m.we were Really interested in Jupiter.1. My first surprise was the sales person doesnt have any idea about Jupiter SMW and basic version. He said we dont know the difference, we sell it in same price. I asked please check your company website,but he was arrogant not to.2. Regarding Price I asked the break up for on road price, he was clue less. he provided break up for partial amount. He was asking around 10k cash without billing. He asked some extra over on road. I replied on road is the maximum we suppose to pay. He was not sure also how much insurance amount we need to pay.3. As I already own 2 two wheeler in Bangalore,have clear idea regarding the pricing,insurance,delivery so I cross questioned him and most of the questions he failed to give proper answer.4. As I wanted to take the vehicle on that day only by giving full payment asked about delivery. The store manager madam was on leave. sales person called her but she was busy at home, we also wanted to talk to her, she denied. Sales person asked us to visit showroom later. we were shocked, how can any brand can ask their potential customer to visit later who is willing to buy a product on the spot because the manager is not responding over the phone. and they were afraid to disturb her. What a pathetic experience we had at a TVS showroom.TVS your products are really good, but this experience made me purchase some other brand on the same day. And will not recommend any one to visit TVS madhyamgram showroom.

Showrom is great. Authentic dealer of TVS. But i found poor quality servicing here, in their workshop. I will suggest, they should think about it. After all customers satisfaction is first of all.

Showroom is in good position but service centre is inside the lane so it becomes difficult for customers to locate.

Yesterday I went to this showroom for purchased Apache 160 RTR but the showroom sales person and one Madam behaviour was so worst and the way of talking is so unprofessional cant say. They think they only know all and the customer are totally foolish. Then I purchased the same from barasat showroom. I suggest to all odinary customer like me please think first to vist this showroom.

Worst service provided. Unprofessional behavior. Harassing customers by delaying the delivery and time management issues. Not expected this from TVS.

Well that was a nice experience! But TVS SHAW Showroom should really have a check on the behavior of their lady manager. She is short tempered and have a very bad way of answering to their customers. Other employees were very good, humble, down to earth and cooperative!

Ive purchased my bike from here, things went smooth as I had did my research well advance, but they will just behave with you like a road side vendor. Especially the lady manager, she seems like having some kind of psychiatric issues and not at all fit for the post of manager or floor whatever incharge. I would strongly not recommend to buy from them, although a bit faraway, but seven point tvs, or that one at Titagarh looks like a better option. Only good thing about them is their paperwork processing team is nice! Dont keep much expectations from Shaws.

Showroom has all kinds of tvs two wheelers but the behavior of the authority and staff should have been more polite.

Would not recommend this showroom at all, the behavior towards customer is very very bad. I checked previous reviews also after(unfortunately) buying my scooty from here, and same comments came from many persons from more than 1yr. Will avoid to buy any product from TVS itself in future as they also dont take feedbacks seriously.

Behaviour of Sales team and the manager/owner is very much unprofessional. They lack common ethics while talking to a customer. The manager/owner shouts at customers or indirectly try to behave badly with the customer. I thought of buying a bike from this shop at-last I left the shop after getting the shocking behaviour.Few incidents I cam across:1. I asked for rtr 4v red color and they behaved like we dont have red color bike and even they dont bother about it. It was like if you want to take what they have at that time then its okay otherwise not. I asked them can I get the bike after some days and they didnt even bother to answer me.2. I thought of having finance and we were discussing the same with the salesman and that guy asked one question to manager and manager(she) shouted at the sales person and indirectly insulted us.We left the shop with utter disgrace.I wish I can give some negative rating.And its my fault that I didnt check the shop review on google before approaching them. Many people provided proper feedback about the shop manager and the staffs.

The store incharge or manager madam was very rude. She didnt listen to customer only she wants to talk and behaviour is rough. And there is TVS stand where you can get local helmet . I have purchased a Scooty in last week. But the store manager provide me the local 200 rupees helmet. I didnt expect this from TVS.If you cannot provide TVS helmet to customer so why you guys are placed those local helmet to TVS stand ? Shame on you guys

I wish I could give them negative rating. Behaviour of Sales team is absolutely unprofessional and full of arrogance. Specially a sales person named Rahim Ali (though I have my doubts if he said his actual name or not). Also another executive from Tata Capital named Abhishek Sarkars behaviour is horrible. They treat customers like street dogs and cats. Sales team gives false commitment. When customer confront, they become aggressive. Specially Abhishek Sarkar behaves such a way that, if possible he will beat customer inside the show room. Most #corrupted, #unprofessional show room of #TVS

The best part of this place was the behaviour of the staffs, really helpful and supportive, I took my TVS Ntorq Race edition from here and they kept their promise to deliver early, They explained the features very well and also was patient enough to let me and my mom sit on the scooter in the showroom, price was best among all other outlets, Mr. Tamal, Jewel and ofcourse Rita Madam was very good to us and took good care in our purchase. Documentation was also done quickly by them. Dont know about Service center as yet to do my 1st service but I spoke with them and were well behaved. Even I called them to report a problem and one of the technician came all the way to my house to check my scooter and clear my doubts. Very happy with my purchase and buying a vehicle is one of a kind experience full of excitement, which was made memorable by them. And a special thanks to madam. Recommend this showroom to everyone.

Get up is good, with good collection/availability of bikes (tvs) and spares. Service centre has good no of mechanics. But, i felt two problems. 1. Showroom: They r too professional, meaning they only talk to u nicely while buying till the time u buy. 2. Service center: They wont allow you to go inside upto ur bike during servicing. You can watch your vehicle from outside whatever you can.

In charge, Employees behavior is not good.. Most no of employees are unprofessional, maintenance and services are very poor... If you need to buy tvs motorcycle please visit another showromm..Thank you

Very bad behavior tvs showroom manager.i want to buy a rtr 180 with abs. so i called up showroom some information and asked. But one lady pickup the phone and when I saw some questions.but lady told me that I have to come to the showroom and get the information and call end the phone.And my friend go to service center and say youre bike problem. but the service man bike service . After service this go to home and face same problems. And then my friend say this problem but service man not catch this problem.and the service man say you came tl next service i solve your problem.all workers performance is good but the manager performance is not good.his behavior is rude. And she is angry people.but she is manager.any other showroom manager is good and her behavior is so good.

Very rude behavior. I wanted to buy a tvs entorq scooter. So for some information I called up and asked. One lady picked up and when i enquired, very rudely told me that I have to come to the showroom and get the information and hanged the phone. Then again I called up at other number, another man picked up and without even listening what I want to know, told me come to showroom and get all the information and hanged up the phone. If the staff behavior before sell is like that then I can imagine how it would be after sale experience! Now I decided to buy it from any other showroom. Dear TVS dealer, please teach your showroom staff the manners of talking to a potential customer. Very poor!

This winter I went to TVS show showroom in Madhyamgram for to buy one motorbike for my father in the end we end up buying one Scooty for him the showroom is spacious with all the recent models available everything was smooth all the process was done smoothly and carefully the staff are efficient and well knowledged some other people are also very efficient for their service every month they Called up and ask for the regular servicing of the new vehicle they have done all the official work of the vehicle like registration at RTO and all

I called on showroom number to enquire about a tvs scooty price and down payment offers. The staff who received the call seems to be least interested to speak with me and has no product knowledge. He shut the call before completing the conversation. Its pathetic service.

Employees are here polite, sensible except Manager Madam(Rita). She is too much impolite, arrogant and she doesnt know minimum ethics. Here people have very poor knowledge about banking like they are not comfortable in cashless vehicle purchase. They used to raise several issue if you want to pay entire amount through online/card. They can even deny your payment if they dont receive any sms from bank side due to network delay where actual payment was successful. I faced this problem with this showroom. Manager madam is too arrogant to co-operate with a customer while purchasing a bike. Apart from that, everything is good with this showroom and you can definitely purchase one vehicle if you want to go with TVS except managrs rough attitude towards customer.

Shop manager is equivalent to unfortunate. Very poor mentality that lady has , and she feels as cm of west bengal, after all she is vendor and she has to understand that.
