This is my second staycation through Oyo .. experience was good .. room was neat and clean .. I have entered the room before 12 p.m. staffs were very helpful .. very much happy to stay here .. room was not so big but in good size .. There was 1 TV , 1 ac and many other necessary things in this room .. will go for other staycation ..

They were very nice to me. Room was absolutely fine, washroom too. Also well decorated. Overall totally satisfied with this stay.

I had a great experience staying at oyo 5461 zapper. i would love to have more future stays here. overall i am really satisfied.

Decent rooms albeit a lil small compared to pictures provided. The only issue is the distance from the main road. Other than that, quite a decent hotel.

Hotel staffs are pretty good but location of hotel is very hard to find. very overrated food items. they must take a look on cleanliness.

I arrived here at midnight, my room was not clean and the AC was leaking. I asked hotel staff to change my room, he moved to another room next morning as he got availability. The staff is polite and helpful. The only concern was location and breakfast. It is hard to find.

Good for couple but dont go with ground floor room because narrow gape between room and reception area.

I really like the palace because it was not on the main road and not far from the main road. just 6 to 7 min walking distance from chinar park.

Staffs are very nice here they are not gonna trouble you. I highly recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is not good. Its situated inside a colony and approach road in not good. You will have to travel approx 300 mtr to get any proper conveyance. Its ok for solo traveller. I would not recommend for family.

Very friendly staffs. Nice rooms tariffwise. Just dont order any food from the hotel because firstly overpriced and very bad food. And dont pay online via booking apps as they will charge you more when you visit.If paid at the hotel, the rates will be same as the booking rates shown on apps

Bedsheets are dirty, Shower is not working, provided old Towels. Hotel direction not mentioned in road, WiFi signals not reachable to all Rooms, insects are running on beds. kindly rectify the above things.

They refused to give the room. After booking price was very high. OYO side did not receive any call, staff was staring at the guest and also passing comments too.

Absolutely pathetic hotel, first of all it was located in a very remote place, it was difficult to find. Then the room given to us was absolutely different from the pics shown on the oyo app. It was an extremely small room wherein two people couldnt even stand next to each other. And the worst part was the bed in that room which was the smallest bed ive ever seen in a hotel room. It was 5 feet long only, I couldnt even keep my legs straight while sleeping, and the whole room was filled with mosquitoes. It was a horrible experience sleeping in that room. And when i complained about the room being different that what was shown on the app, the guy said that the other rooms were already booked but we will get a bigger room the next day but even that room was very small and nowhere even close to the pictures shown on the app, this time only the bed was big enough for me to sleep properly. But in this room the geyser in the bathroom wasnt working. So i had to take hot water from the next room. I guess there was no room in the entire hotel like the one that was shown on the app, the hotel was just too small to have such a room. So my honest opinion would be that stay away from this hotel.

Rooms are clean and good, though its hard to find and a bit far from main road. Though all kind of foods are available near by but outside food are not allowed here.

Room size or bed size same, very very small room dirty bedsheets and pillow I told him he reply me next time you came that time I better service 2days I stay not a single time room service. Overall not good but ok!!!Not good.

Hotel staffs are very unprofessional..They even check out my room frm their system before asking me.. and also forcing me to give them 5 star.....And also food quality and quantity is very poor..

Rooms are good, staff is good.. but its difficult to find out. One more thing observed that when we search for hotel with its num its give Park Circus address but we click on direction it shows Rajahat Nr. airport. Request to. Correct that. Also there are no proper sign board from main road for directions as its way inside from main road.

The place s little backspace, but the room service and maintenance was quite impressive. Specially the food they provide wit breakfast compliment...

Dont go to this place if you are looking for some quality service. Poor service, except one room boy. As complimentary breakfast you will be getting bread and omelette. No other options. Bathroom condition is poor. Toilets without toilet seat.And in the night, They will close the main gate by 10.30 and have to wait outside ringing the bell for long.

I will share my own experience its was very difficult to leave here. Very poor cleanliness,very poor staffs, very poor food quality, they provide food from local market and this are discussing.I am booked a room with my family and the staffs are drunked over on 10 oclock .I openly reported for the same at customer care against the staff but they didnt response for this. The customer care staff promise me that they look after of activity of the manager but they dont do. I will never be book any kind of Oyo hotel for me and my family.

Location is the issue.No proper road that leads to the hotel.Experience was bad.May be due to the rain effect.But there was water logging on the road that leads to the place.One of my worst oyo stay experience.

Very bad AC condition. No soap and shampoo was there in the washroom. They gave it after asking for it. Menu was far too expensive!!

Worst oyo experience ever, very unhygienic rooms, bed size was too small, I dont know if it was small in my room or is it the same in all rooms. Staff was cordial enough, but the quality of rooms was not at all of the standards of OYO.

The bedsheets and blanket were dirty and when asked to replace it, they were unable to provide. Otherwise it was a good stay

Not very accessible to taxis or any sort of transport for that matter. They say they cleaned the room, but didnt change any of the bedding.

Worst hotel I ever seen. Situated at last of zig zag puzzled narrow (bike only) alley. Bed , pillow with lot of stains , air conditioning poor too.

Another accommodation under Oyo group of hotels. Those location is near by Chinnar park and Lokeshwar temple. But it took some time to figure it out. On Google map the road shows one narrow road just before the actual road going to the hotel. Otherwise all okay. Rooms are cozy and clean. Staffs are awesome, very cooperative and help for the requirements. Though breakfast is free, but it is limited as in other Oyo rooms, which I dont like about Oyo rooms. Otherwise cost of rooms are cost-effective. Ambiance of hotel is good. Walkable distance from the Chinnar park where a lot of good food restaurants are available. Near to hotel also a lot of shops are available. Over all good location.
