Hotel Room Was Good But Small In Area. Staff Was Very Helpful. Wash Room Is Too Small And The Room Light Was Good But A White Light Is Need In Room. All Light Was Dim Light. We Have Turn The Mobile Flash For Something To Read Properly. Overall Experience Is Good. Fairly Comfortable

Breakfast was included in my booking and hotel used to serve 2 peices of bread and a cup of tea. I just want to suggest either dont mention breakfast with booking or if u is including breakfast there should be atleast 1alternative may be some people dont have bread or it should be served like breakfast not snack s. 2 slices of bread and tea. I dont think its breakfast.

The hotel was located at 5th floor of the building and the lift in the building was not working till 8pm. If you get there after 8pm, you will either need to call on the staff to help or carry your luggage yourself. Hotels staff were very helpful.

Hotel with neat and clean rooms but the problems are it is at 6th floor with no lift working and wrongly located at Google map.

Nice place to stay for business people. Near To Bada Bazzar and Bagri market. Good place to stay near Howrah and Whole sale markets.

Its cheap and better than what you expect in 1000 bucks,but still the rooms needs cleaning. I mean you can literally notice the couple that stayed there had a blast as proof can easily be found on the blanket and bedsheets.

Waste of time. Located on 5th floor, no lift access, owners of the premises are fighting with each other and providing no service. Water tank is broken, thats why no water in most of the rooms. Waste of money. Doors are closed after 11 pm, you will feel jailed up.

An average hotel room stay Building needs serious renovation. Location is bit difficult to trace. Rooms are good from inside but building is too old. No fire safety equipment s are available. Worst hotel i have visited in my life no ola or uber or even taxi would drop you in hotel you have to walk 1 km again the hotel is in 5th floor no service of lift you have to go by stair highly rude staff as they are asking extra 500 rs and saying cancle your oyo online booking we are not going to give hotel in 700 which is oyo rate but you have to pay 1200 ofline its a brothel not a hotel

Worst low budget hotel.◆Worst location. Ola and uber will drop you 1 km away from hotel as hotel location is not accessible by car.◆I stayed for 4 night. First night there was no water in washroom. When complained the unprofessional staff replied some repairing work is going and brought 2 buckets of water. Dirty buckets. Finally I had to buy mineral water bottles to freshen up.◆Shifted to a new room next morning with water. No wifi in the new room. Again when complained response was - we are using a airtel connection which doesnt cover your room. Soon we are replacing airtel with jio.◆Dirty washroom. Toilet shower was broken. They provided a mug instead. Not hot water. Dirty pillows and bed covers.◆ During my 4 days stay nobody came to clean my room,washroom or change bed and pillow covers. The day I checked out,the room was stinking, floors dirty, 4-5 dirty plates and bowls which no body came to clean.◆A common lift works between 10 am to 8 pm. And bizzare thing is you can GO UP USING THE LIFT BUT CANT USE THE LIFT TO GO DOWN. Hotel rooms are at 6th floor. If you come down before 10am or after 8pm(which is the lift working time) you have to use stairs to reach your room at 6th floor.◆Complimentary break fast is 2 pieces of bread without butter and jam and a cup of tea.◆The hotel building looks like an old haveli shown in horror movies. Must be a 100 years old building. Whole building stinks of toilet.◆Many wholesale shops in the building. All nights these shops keep loading and unloading goods in trucks. The noise wont let you sleep peacefully.◆Funny part was the day I checked out the receptionist asked for my mobile for a min. Without my knowledge he opened OYO app and rated the worst hotel 5 star. When I said I will complain OYO, he started laughing. And requested not to complain.

The hotel staff are very good but the location is very crowded. Narrow streets, one way roads and much crowd so you might have to take a walk if you have to hire a cab.

Problematic location. have to walk with luggage to half-one km for a cab. poor service - even drinking water arrives atleast 20 minutes after order and meals takes 45-60 minutes after placing order. Poor hospitality.

Worst experience ever. Rooms are very small compared to other hotels in its segment. Taps are leaky and rooms are damp.Staff is unprofessional. Google Location is not properly updated. No POS facility available, cash is the only option they give.Try to look for other accommodation options on OYO.

I booked and paid through app. When I reached there they told that they allow only cash or Paytm. They made me cancel the booking through app. They told that I would get full refund and I again paid 999. Now OYO is not refunding my money.

Its building are very old and rooms are very small.its have no fooding facilities. Rooms are very congested.

Very interior location difficult to search, despite of asking multiple times did not repair the geyser, room cleaning services not available did not clean our room during 3 days of stay,so much notice till 2 am or 3am at night did not provide complementary breakfast,but food was good.
