Reached @ 6am. Requested for early check-in and Hotel was very good in this regard. Also Provided the breakfast. Very helpfull staff. Main thing i look for in the room is washroom which is very very clean and good. Toiletries needs to be upgraded. Interior of room, Basin Area very good. Some pros some cons but my experience was very good and i will definitely come here again.Supporting Staffs and peaceful room.

Its a well furnished hotel that offer luxurious stay at an affordable rate. Hotel staffs are polite and courteous. It stands out in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. The rooms are decent in size and the ambience is good.It also has a Banquet on the 5th floor which is quite spacious. The decor is beautiful and is an elegant venue to host functions.

Hotel is Good but hotel have no kitchen or any fooding facilities for customer.... they dont provide any toiletries except Rs. 1 medimix soap. Breakfast provided by hotel was very below level.

The hotel overall is good, there are some lighting issue in the room, rooms are low lit. The bed is not good for couples.

Services need to improve, no restaurant in the Hotel, mostly you will have to depend on outside food. It makes guest un-comfortable

No room service, no phone in room, incredibly small rooms, dingy location, no cleanliness, worst breakfast. And to top that, when asked for a bottle of water, they were out of packaged water and offered tap water instead. During checkout, they didnt have the provision to accept money via card. It was cash only or GPay. Plus there was too much noise from outside the room and the AC kept leaking.

The hotel authority is very irresponsible and in many occasions proved to be mischievous with the customers. No tv facility, no wifi and complementary breakfast was limited to few items only. Though shuttle car facility is declared as not available, but on discussion they confirmed for sending their own car without disclosing the charges. Norminal charges for OLA cars to reach from the airport to the hotel is around Rs250/-. But the hotel authority charged Rs1000/- for dropping to the hotel. When questioned, their audacity to pay the amount was surprising. I advice not to book the hotel. In the vicinity, many good hotels are available with better facilities at competitive prices.

The staff was very courteous and respectful of the guests. They were trying their all means to keep the guests happy.We had to leave our stuff at the hotel premises for couple of hours. When we returned, we found that out luggages were tagged and organized properly. Really happy with that experience.Breakfast served was good as well.However, I noticed that there were bedbugs that kept troubling us through out the night. I fear carrying them along with me. Administration should take care of this.

Ideal Location, Early Check in Available, Good Ambience, Reasonably Priced.1. Hotel sud provide Welcome Drink to Guests on Arrival.2. Guests using single towel for two days sud be suitably rewarded with a token of love / gift as an eco friendly measure.3. House keeping & Room service & Receptions sud have separate phone number. Now every thing is being routed through Reception only, which is very embarrassing at times. 4. Reasonably priced veg thali sud also get place in Menu.

For marriage party the space which is on 5th floor is around for 200 to 250 people only not more than that, then it will become huge crowd......

Hotal room service are poor. I was stay for 3 nights out of that thay had clear my bath room only once. And they are not providing me legal invoices for early check-in. Breakfast has limited option. Room is OK. But to much early check-in charges. Check-in time was 11 oclock and I had make check in at 8.30. They had charged 1000/- for which not provided invoice.

We loved our stay at Hotel ACME in Kolkata, India. Great location Rooms were clean and service was excellent. Front desk was friendly and the breakfast attendants were top notch. Even security was very friendly. We would stay here again.

Worst experience ever. No hot water in the bathroom of room no. 209. Broken kettle. No response from front desk. Filthy room , dirty toilet. The staff was trying to save butter by hiding it at the breakfast buffet. Well trained to save cost....I must appreciate the efforts. Kudos to the management for managing a disgrace.

Stayed in room 203. Allthough room size is small facilities are good. Quality & taste of foods fromv room service is very god. Breakfast spread is very limited. Over all good experience.

Very worst experience... we had booked room alongwith breakfast and dinner and they didnt allow to choose menu of our own likes and said what ever they provide we will have to eat and the quality and taste of food was not worth at all very bad ... I recommend not to eat here ....only for stay its good but for food find something outside you will get better then their food quality.

Spectacular location, right on main road. Popular hangout places nearby include Quest mall. The rooms and service are average, but its a cool place to stay

Interiors of the room was awsome, staffs were friendly and very helpful but my room had two single beds. when checked with hotel staff, they told that no rooms have double beds. we felt a bit difficult to sleep due to this.

Otherwise, the service is 3rd class, the staff arent bothered, and the only thing edible in their breakfast menu was the bread-toast. Other vegetarian items served on 4 different days were Poha, paratha and upma (all inedible). We had to order take-out from swiggy on the 4th morning. One night a mouse was found in the room and the room-service was called in but theres not much they could possibly do about it. Wondering what precautions/pest-control they have! The corridors stink of non-veg cooking all through. They couldnt find the booking and unnecessarily haggled us over call. It was my first travel to Kolkatta. One of my friends booked this hotel for me.Satisfied with the ambience and staff hospitality. The food review is a mixture. It was nice at times and mediocre sometimes.In entirety Recommended from my end.

Nice hospitable staff, clean rooms. Room size was small though and there were mosquitoes inside my A/C room. Breakfast spread was very small but the food tastes really good. Worst part was they ask you for marriage proof for couple entry. Didnt like this part as they wanted written proof even after looking at our wedding pics. Didnt love this part as this place is in the heart of the countrys oldest metropolitan. Things like this has to be written on travel sites.
