Worst experience ever. unhygienic,no pest control in the washroom,dirty used linen and towel,no maintenance,dont come with family as I had not seen this hotel good for family hope you understand what I want to say.no complimentary food is given,after request they were given poori bhaji only outsourced with dirty plates.I rejected it...dont ever come to check-in hereu will definitely fall ill in these conditions.beware!?

Staff behaviour okay. The room I got was on the roof being attached a false ceiling and was really hot inspite of that leaking AC. It was leaking so much that you can take a bath under it. Average hotel. Would recommend to avoid it.

This is nothing more than a lodge. Rooms were dirty and so were the bedsheets, towel and doormats. The staff was rude. And there is NO LIFT. So book this hotel only if you want to spoil your stay. For 1000rs. you can get way better hotels/lodges.P.S. this place calls itself an OYO but fails to match any OYO standards at all. Even the bathrooms did not have toiletries, cleanliness or a basic water jet.

Hotal is locate backwards area,, so many time vesting for searing.... Hotel room not clan properly, window cotton fully dust no clean, bedsheets not wash and see the towel aselagta haii paposs type, othreise room good but a table is reqd so happily customer completely lunch and dinner

Horrible. Terrible. Just one shady hotel with Broken jet flush, burnt sheets, no soap no handwash no tissue rol !!!We had to change the hotel at 11:30 pm,the moment we checked in.The person at reception has hell lot of attitude, accusing us only of damaging his jet flush !!

The Hotel Environment Was Very Cheap And There Were Insects On The Bed Or You Can Say In The Entire Room. All The Sheets And Pillow Covers Were Stained, I Had To Leave The Room As Soon As I Checked In And Saw Such State Of The Room. I Will Be Very Highly Happy With Oyo If They Can Refund Me, Which Will Also Show That How Carefully Do They Are Concerned For CustomerS Feedback.

Great location, really pleasant and clean room, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredible helpful and generous with their time and adviser. I Stayed here for a night, the hotel staff where very friendly. The concierge was a tremendous help with sightseeing. L would highly recommend for anyone staying in hotel padmavati. Thanks again.

I Am A Regular Customer Here... Every Time I Booked Classic 2X Room But This Time I Was Forced To Stay In A Smaller Room. The New Staff Members Are Not So Cooperative As The Old Ones. Everytime I Had A Pleasant Stay There Except This Time.

Curtains Should Be Cleaned And Should Be Fixed Because It Was Little Damanged.Otherwise Everything Was Good.

Weve visited here as couple and it is really a very good place to stay. I would surely recommend this hotel as best OYO in kolkata and will visit here soon. Thanks to all team.

AC room, and its clean

Hotel staff is good and curtious but they need to change the bedsheets and towel everday or evey two days at least. I stayed there for 4Ns and never it was changed. It is near to Airport and a good location as it is near to many shops like Tandoori Chai, CC2, Spencers and Big Bazar.

Very unsatisfied. Dont have any bucket or mug in bathroom and most importantly dont provide drinking water. U will have to purchase drinking water for usage. But stuffs are well behaved.

Truly value for money. Stayed there to overstay in office. Room was good with A/C and bottled water was there. Bathroom big and clean but water force and hot water flow from geyser was not atits best.

Value for money. Only drawback is that there is no lift. They provided room at 3rd floor and there was no lift. Rest of the things are good according to the price of the hotel. Go for budget accommodation, you wont regret.

Location is very good. .. Very close to City center 2. Rooms are clean but linen is not clean enough. Bed is very cozy and comfortable. Geysers are not working properly. The staff are very helpful but they need to be called everytime for things you need, be it toiletries, towels, water etc. Hotel padmawati is very well maintained, safe and secure with cctv, power backup and free wifi also. The cost of food in alternate menu is very expensive. Please scrutinize that. All in all padmawati is a very good place to stay ,located in a very easy accessible and prime location.
