It was total waste expirence staying there , intercom not working , no staff in hotel for proper time to time room service, hotel staff very aggressive, and also like to share a incident as at the time of checkout they dont gave the id back , i reached the howrah station and called about my id they told ‘’oh we forget you come n take ‘’ i was having train after a huge debate they told that we sending a guy you give him 200 rsWe indians tell “Atithi Devo Bhava”But it doesnt applicable on this hotelThey just want to make money no quality service n humanityI do request hotel ministry to look into this matterI do request make my trip , justdial, goibibo , and all third party services please kindly dont promote such hotel with them your goodwill is also on stakeI hotel when you ask bisleri bottle they provide kindely bottle @ 40₹ and that also a copy one they want to earn money with life of customer in this covid situation they must aviod this practice no mask protocol no sanitizing protocolIn today’s life hotel industry are affected most but these type of hotels do not want to follow the protocol of government

One of the best and cleanest hotel in the intersection of Zakariya Street and Rabindra Sarani. Its one of the very new hotel owned by Aafreen Hotels. The place is not very far way from the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, also very near to Mahatma Gandhi Metro Staion, one can walk to the metro station and go straight to new market through the metro. Also Kolkata Rail Station (Chitpur Rail station) is not very far away. Theres a famous street market of Zakariya Street that is adjacent to the hotel. The interior of the hotel is a premium three star hotels interior. The staffs are also welcoming and helpfull. There was a small restaurant inside the hotel that offered free breakfast but now it is under renovation. The rate in the peek season is a bit high and visitors are advised to book early in advance for accommodation. The rate is ok in the off season. One can get the taxi or rent a car service of and to the airport or rail station from the hotel.

The best property in bada Bazar vicinity ( 500 meters). We will always stay at this place. Staff and reception team is excellent.Mr Md Shahnawaz and his team has taken good care and always there for help and guidance.Wishing then all the best and hope that hotel is maintained as it is today in future too.
