Took some eye drops from this store. They are not sharing the bill instead they are giving a lame excuse of billing machine not working. If the billing machine isnt working then they should not be distributing the medicines.

They give medicine at 20% discount its very good. Nice shop & service also good.But behaviour of some staffs with customer are very ridiculous. Like today morning I will send a prescription 12.26pm after 1 hour again I will call hazra rpg shop that time shop person said ki we are all bussy, for the reason I cant response sir. I will said ok.then 2 hour left nobodys call me even they are not cheek my whats up prescription.i need medicine. Then 1 hour left again I will call rpg medicine shop in hazra.that time received the call Mr. Mudhusudhan mondal her behaviour are not good he said ok we will cheek & inform u. Now till time nobody call me even nobody check my medicine list. Services are very very poor. Organisation are good but they are not maintain our staff.they dont have any service manager or any type of managers phone number. Please maintain RPG pharmacy tag name.

Brilliant and absolutely smashing service. Too good.

RPG pharmacy is situated in the 1st floor of Gajraj signature at Sadananda Road beside RPG opticals and opposite of Uco bank and khaza Biriani center. This pharmacy has a good stock of various life saving medicines and many other products of various brands like hand sanitizer health drinks skin care products ointment baby food baby care products pain relief spray and so on. It also provides a 20% discount on medicines and 5% discount on other products and free home delivery facilities and behaviour of the staffs of the pharmacy are quite sober.
