Very clean and upscale service. Staff are also well behaved and understanding. I took service of Parween mam and shes real good.

The people working in this salon are very unprofessional. They keep talking to eachother while giving you a haircut. I myself got a worst haircut even after keep telling the guy how I want my hair to be. Matter ended up in argument and 2 other guys started saying that though it is not like the one I wanted but the one haircut they gave also looks good. Successfully wasted Rs. 250.

Pros:- Experienced staff- Good infrastructureCons:- Overpriced- In a less crowded situation, you would have to wait for a very long time to get the attention of any staff guys. Otherwise they will just keep on chatting and blabbering about their personal life and joke around and forget that theres a customer waiting.

My smoothing didnt remain the same, after only one wash it has become frizzy and total mess, I then complained about it so they gave me a compensation I.e. I had to undergo keratin treatment again on my hair only after 5 days of smoothing, for which they charged me another 4500 rupees, so just for a smoothing it took around 9500 for my hair. This is really disappointing to see such poor service, for reference Im attaching the photos of my hair after the first wash, please use good products and stop pressurizing people to give you 5 rating just after the service! I just edited my rating!

Fully worst......I spend 9500 rs for my gfs hair smoothing but it still freezy. Pls dont visit anyone at this salon....they are not professional,they are only thief who placed a shop to cut your pocket with world most worst service. And they gave rating 5 from my gfs phn forcefully.

Did brazilian keratin smoothning treatment... some parts of full process of treatment they did not done properly.. I had frizzy and weavy hair they said my hair can be straight upto 70%. They charged all total 9200 rs. On 3rd Oct 2020 I did my first smoothing on the same day my hair became weavy I dont know why but when you are paying 9200 bucks from your packet there should be a big expections ... I had lots of expections but am not satisfied... Iron was not done correctly and i noticed less product used acording to my hair volum and texture. I suggest for smoothning please check and varify u take this service from this place. I AM SERIOUSLY NOT SATISFIED. NOT AT ALL.

My hair didn’t remain smooth after doing the smoothening, sorry to say but this smoothening didn’t go well for me, I have done hair smoothening previously but this thing didn’t happen, my hair has become frizzy and unmanageable after one wash, didn’t remain smooth at all! P.S. please stop asking people to give 5 rating just after the service at least give them some time to check whether the service provided is worth or not!Well this is in response to your reply over my review(as I cannot reply over your reply)- I have already contacted to you after that, but you suggested to use shampoo and conditioner for making the hair smooth, I think that can’t be any solution to the thing that is already done to my hair, moreover you asked me to go for keratin treatment or application of another round of chemical for smoothness, well that will again cost me more than 3.5k around plus there might be a post damage too that can happen due to excessive use of chemicals,I don’t think that gives proper justice to what is already done, so going forward please use good products and don’t use wrong products on anyone’s hair just for a mere amount of money!P.S. I’m not posting any wrong review, just like if you provide good service you’ll get good review, same as you’ll get bad reviews too if you provide bad service to your customers and it’s completely their sole decision to give you reviews on the basis of your work, pressurising and asking people to give 5 stars will not be feasible all the time!

I went here for my party makeover, and what was shocking that they used kraylon makeup instead of Mac, and gave some lame excuses that they dont keep the containers... I mean such an disgusting experience.. They even charged for mac products as well.. After coming back home from salon my entire face got cakey... Would definitely not recommend anyone for makeup service..

Pathetic service . Went for a haircut and beard trim . Literally mutilated my hair and beard both . The dresser did exactly the opposite of what I had asked him to do . My face resembled a piece of cake with their touch and almost for a week I couldnt leave my house with that aweful look .Absolute non sense .Moreover during payment the cashier literally forced me to rate them in front of them . Such a non sensical salon I havent experienced ever .

1st time visited the salon for threading and facial and really its a value for money. Also I like the fact that its a service oriented salon unlike other small parlours that are biased towards few customers. Also the charges are reasonable and fair and it comes within your budget. Overall, the experience was superb.
