For the last few years Im a regular here. Ive always got beautiful haircuts here. They always go with the flow of my experimentation with my hair and the result always comes out amazing. This time I wanted to try something different and they were with me since the start. Their behaviour and participation were absolutely professional, yet had a personal touch. Mr. Ranjan (if Im not wrong) gave me this beautiful undercut and Im so satisfied with this. Orchid is my recommendation for an unique haircut everytime.

Am not a regular customer here. But I had a terrible experience at this salon. The waxing and other services were alright. However the hair spa was pathetic to say the least. The hairstylist was in some kind of hurry it seemed and he didnt even massage the hair at all after putting the spa cream. He was reluctant and unprofessional. He looked like a senior staff and his massage was not even professional. They need to provide proper service for the price that they are charging. I dont think I will go back go Orchid when I am in kolkata next time.

Went for a platinum grey hair colour. And I have been SO SO impressed by the outcome!!!Was very apprehensive about how it would turn up. I consulted at least 4 to 5 other stylists.. So the apprehension persisted. Finally, when the guy saw my reference he was confident.. Naturally, it was time consuming.. But at the of 4 hours when I saw myself - I was stunned! So, thanks to Orchid, I wish ticked off the bucket list, successfully..

Good customer service. I love hair cutting from them. Nice variation of hair spas are there. But their facial treatments need a lot of improvement. I would suggest to go there only for hair spas and hair cuts.

This particular place is still looks like a rural area far away from updated required facilities in daily aspect. Need drastic development here.

The hair cutters are hopeless. If you opt for a hair cut, this is not your place. They dont know how to trim the hair properly. Definitely they will fail to give you a new hairstyle. But for the skincare I think it is perhaps the best place. They use good products unlike other parlours and do a lot to improve the skin. They also sell skincare products. The staff is cordial.

I am generally a regular at Orchid. Buy they have this typical problem of not being able to hold on to good staff and every few months get a new workforceToday I was shocked to find out almost all their hair cutting staff has left and the ones currently dont have the skills. Earlier there used to be atleast 2 decent staff remaining but this time it was horrible. Ended up with a hair cut which is small, roundish on one side and big, square on the other side. 2-3 attempts in trying to make this right failed and I gave up.After almost I think 10 years I am considering moving to a different salon.

I went there for manicure. Staff was polite.i had my nails done from miss Nitu. She was very good at it. She kinda did it for 2-3 times until i got fully satisfied. I really liked her work.Suggestion : Should add some more nail colors

Went for Mac party makeup and it turned out better than I could have imagined. My makeup artist staff was so good, responsive and accommodating. My makeup and hair lasted all night and I was glowing in person and in pictures.The owners are lovely to deal with.I highly recommend this place :)
